I could still use my non security bit on 2 of the 4 screws and small drill bit to remove security pin on other 2 to fit my bit in to remove all screws. No new kit needed

How can I turn it off. We have the same refrigerator, and it is also 1.5 yrs old. The ice maker stopped working. We called the protection plan and they said we had to turn it off for 24 hrs to thaw out! No idea how to turn off, other than unplugging it.

So to get the alarm to go off you have to hold the door alarm for 3 sec then the ice maker button for 3 seconds and it will clear

My battery had 4 leds blinking. After reset i blinked all 4 leds one time, then led 1 and 2, then 1 3times The charger stayed red, piwer on Tried my other battery same charger, the green charging led came on Battery jump unsuccessful. What would help is to know the flash sequence means. 4 leds flash, 1&2 flash 1 time, The led 1 flashed 3 times

I connected my galaxy fold and power cable to the monitor which took up both the usbc ports. How do you control the monitor since theres not a usb port for a mouse/keyboard?

No better test is an actual extended power outage. Maybe you could get a magnet and put it next to the container and see if anything sticks.

I don’t think it’s beeping when putting in the code would work especially in a situation where someone could be in your house armed and your just giving away where you are to the intruder. I think a light shining around the number you pushed would work better and be more quiet

I agree with you on the quality, having recently acquired one. One thing that surprized me was how the connector, controller and mount were packed in the bottom of the bag. I didn't notice the additional zipper and had returned my first one, then when the second one arrived I noticed that additional lower zipper. The other teleprompters that have the rings to mount on a lens never seem to work right and the Padcaster I bought from Kickstarter was terrible with poor quality glass. It's nice to have a good quality teleprompter now.

The question I have is, how did the batteries get into that predicament in the first place? I have two that just did the same thing over this past weekend. One is a 4ah, the other is a 6ah, 40v. I used them both in my Ryobi mower till they they ran out and when I put them on the charger it showed the red/green flashing light. Was it just something that happened or did the mower itself have something to do with it. Plus, I also have an 18v doing the same thing from whatever tool I used it on.

Tks for the vid. Works great but... No need to pull off "test pad". Unscrew 4 screws (reg Star bit, sm). Pull back from opposite/end of pad (like book). Took 2 tiny scribes to "rst/other hole", X'd them to each other (met to met) & pushed the "internal" button (what pad hits) &....Victory was upon me, 4 flashing went to one. Took to charger & good to go. Tks again, too simple (Now)😂😊

That is very good information if the unit works. Because I was impressed by the design, I purchased two 12000-BTU units, and they worked only for two years. The cause for stopping working according to the code that came up was " loss of refrigerant." I contacted midea customer service, and basically, they told me that there is nothing they can do to help me because the ac unit has one year warranty. Incidentally, the owner's manual indicates that seals, the reason why the refrigerant leaked, have five years warranty. Midea still didn't do anything. Unfortunately, I had to throw both in the garbage since there is no technician willing to work on window units. Good luck with yours.

Worked like a charm! I just bought the right bit and saved a ton not having to buy a new battery!!!

Works perfectly thank you! I did NOT have to push the button. Just left the reset circuit connected for a couple of seconds. Also you can break the center stud off on the screw heads and use standard Torx.

So this video is very bad and explains nothing, for the filter to change it u have to twist it to get out then replace it then twist the new one in, and for the filter thing on the side of fridge his did not work in the video because he did not have his settings unlocked under on the last button of the fridge it will say lock 3 seconds and have a picture of a locked lock if you see the lock as locked it will not let you change anything so you have to press and hold where it says lock 3 seconds and then it will make a chime and show an unlocked lock, from there you can go back to the filter reset and press and hold it for 3 seconds to get the red filter indicator off and when u get it off make sure to go back down and relock the settings so nobody can mess with it
