Thank you SO much for making this video! The sales person told me I did not have to turn the water off to change the filter. They were wrong to the core! I used about 10 beach towels to mop up the deluge of water that happened. It was late at night and in the 30’s so I decided to wait until morning (and warmer) to go outside and turn off the main water. After that, all went according to plan. I have you to thank for that!! I'm looking for a dock and found a couple from ugreen that I like, this one and the Revodok Max 313. Only issue I have is that on their website it says that on MacOS a single display goes up to 4k@60Hz... I personally would like to get 4k@120Hz. Do you use it with a MacBook? any idea if 4k@120Hz is possible with a single display? Thanks
@htnowpro20 күн бұрын
I can't say for sure. My thoughts are that the 313 is only 10Gbps? The 213 is Thunderbolt 4, up to 40Gps. I can confirm that the 213 max runs my 5120×1440 at 144hz. Makes me think it "might"run the 4k @120hz...I am just guessing. It seems the Ugreen docks are not all over the internet/ KZbin world, so there is not much if any information on them. Ugreen should be rolling out the Thunderbolt 5 soon. Price will be too much for my budget, probably. I am using the 213 with the base macbook Pro M4 Pro. Hope this helps. I took a chance with my purchase of the 213, price and performance has met my needs. Note: HDMI cable quality is very important.
@htnowpro20 күн бұрын
Sorry, I looked up the Pro 313.
@htnowpro20 күн бұрын
The Max 313 looks good. I am now thinking (guessing), neither will, sice there is no mention of @120hz.
@TheSaiyan20 күн бұрын
@@htnowpro no worries, thanks for your reply! If your 213 goes up to 5k at 144Hz then that means it works. It is weird that on their website it shows that 4k at 60Hz is max for apple… since M1 MacBook Pros can output 120Hz via thunderbolt 4. I did ask them as well to be sure, still waiting for a reply from them, assuming they do reply…

Where is the error code displayed? I did not get an alarm and there's nothing in the app on the phone for events or alarms but there is the triangle with an exclamation mark inside. Have no clue what the air actually is.
@htnowpro26 күн бұрын
It was in the app. Call the number on the hotwater heater. They will walk you through.
@Tanquen26 күн бұрын
@htnowpro on the alarm page? Mine was blank. I ended up going into the manual to figure it out. There's that space at the bottom of the display, I don't know why they don't always just show the last alarm description there. But anyway, you have to navigate on the screen to alarms and alarm history and then use the up and down arrows to display the message. It was just about the filter cleaning. Again, I don't know why there was no message in the app or why it wasn't beeping. Supposedly the audible alarm is turned on.
