Actually 2 awesome steps to resolving these issues have been dealt with. 1 Internet @rchive (KZbin will delete comments with links or mere names of websites) has an incredibly huge Saturn library now. 2, Phantom modding your Saturn will play burned copies of your games thus removing the need for just pressed discs.

I always felt like the folks in charge of final fantasy have mostly vastly misunderstood why people fell in love with the series in the first place. Like I’m a fan of pretty much any and all final fantasy stuff, but after a certain point it seems like all the focus went to the games looking cool, instead of being great character-led role playing games. Advent children is like the film distillation of this phenomenon. Like we didn’t love ff7 because the characters did anime shit that looked cool. We liked in because of the world, the mystery, the characters, the strategic battling. It’s weird, really.

It's really unfortunate that Shenmue 3 turned out the way it did. With the kind of hype that game was getting, it could've been a major success, especially if the hype reached audiences who had never heard of Shenmue. But for that to have happened, it would've needed to feel like a game from 2019-2020, not a game from 2006 at the very absolute latest. The stiff character animations and expressions, somewhat dated graphics, and the repetitive story beats all really took this game down for me. I could've forgiven the slow pace, if it hadn't felt so dated. On the other hand, that was the main selling point of this game. A lot of fans didn't want the game to be modernized. They wanted it to feel like it could've come out only about 3-6 years after the last one, I suppose. As for me, I was excited during that announcement at E3 that year because I was hoping Shenmue 3 would feel as sophisticated for 2019 as Shenmue 1 and 2 did for 1999 and 2001, respectively. That was a big mistake on my part. If there's a Shenmue IV, then they'll need to make it feel like a game from the 2020s. Also, they can't wait another 20 years to make another one. It's already been 5 years. Not only will no one care to play a 4th game by then, but also Yu Suzuki, being in his early 60s, may not have the mental and physical condition needed to continue in game development. Well, worst-case scenario, the fans could always finish the story line for him.

The fact is that Adam doesn't do movies always to make good movies, despite his spectacular talent, Adam doesn't do a lot of high effort, oscar winner movies because he doesn't make movies for that. He does these giant successful but mediocre films to boost his own friends careers. Adam himself is a regular guy, and he wants to help his friends and family via his giant successful films, he has amazing talent. He really is one of the best actor/comedians out there. When he's not just doing it to help the people he loves, he can make great movies like this.

Once gaming became mainstream the normies & hipsters started flooding in with their opinions. I remember when those same people considered you a nerd (in a derogatory way) for being a gamer... then they smelled money and attention so it became a trend. Now there will always be questionable ratings until we trick them into leaving. hehe

I'm gonna see Advent of Children again in a theater on 2/21/2024 after having not seen it since 2011. I'm probably gonna have the same reception to it but seeing it in a theater might actaully boost it just for the novelty.

Holy shit, back when this game launched, half of the United States couldn’t even figure out that we were invading Iraq for accusations that no one had facts on hand to back up. By the time the game came to North America, most people didn’t even know that Iraq and Afghanistan were different countries, and that Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein were totally different people with no relation to each other whatsoever. Meanwhile, you’re telling me that SEGA had already figured out how to mostly make their consoles and games Future Proof-wherein it’s easier to pirate an XBOX One/PS4 game than it is to pirate Panser Dragoon Saga. Their hardware and code were that clever, but they somehow completely bungled the western game release and killed their prospects as a competitive Console Manufacturer in the process, and then went ahead and lost the fricking Source Code to one of the best games of all time?!?!? They could have Remastered this game and sell the regular game digitally for $70 or even $80, and their Collectors’ Editions for at least $250, and make an absolute killing-or they could’ve sold the rights to Nintendo for the NSO Platform, considering the hype around Golden Sun on GBA, just think how many 1-year subscriptions and Switch purchases could have been made from the large Retro JRPG fan base in the west. Gamers spend hundreds of dollars for Trails Merchandise for every new installment. Meanwhile, Gust has thousands of American and Canadian nerds who are willing to spend hundreds of dollars to get blowup dolls of the Atelier protagonists imported so that they can jack off all over them; but SEGA lost the fucking source code for a 20-year old game that easily beats both series’ consumer demand in the West?!? Wow man, Konami and SEGA… They’re fucking stupid at making business decisions. It’s a great idea to redirect all investments towards gambling machines, because God forbid there’s a pandemic that forces all of us indoors for a few years. Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft made a killing during COVID, while SEGA basically only had Yakuza revenue coming in and Konami literally didn’t have anyone left on staff to even work on basic Remasters to tide them over. These business executives are geniuses, I’ve never seen companies more willing to throw away all of their most valuable assets just to realize several years later that market diversification is pretty much the only way a company like theirs can succeed today. But of course, somehow neither of them have been acquired-probably because a studio startup with employees fresh out of college has more potential 100 times more growth potential than those two dinosaurs that can build great hardware and software, and then fire everyone on staff to hire low-wage workers in China to manufacture pinball machines for them.

Also you still need to engage in combat for a lot of side quests/canvas of prayers, to fight Last Ones (and get their reward which can help immensly), to get EP to trigger Chronostasis, to get Gil to buy stronger weapons (which cost a lot in this game) and to get certain abilities.

The reason the judge left it up to his father and mother inlaw was bc theyre literally the only surviving family members Charlie has. Its not unusual for a judge, in these situations, to let the family decide whether the individual gets committed or not.

DON'T BUY THIS GAME PEOPLE yeah, no one should be buying any sequel of this, the idea of "doing more with the characters" is just fanfic mindset, the story was done and complete, wanting more meant they did their job in story writing not that they needed to overhaul all of and they ruined it, Aerith especially as her characterization is a lie now old her may of been bubbly and innocent accepting her responsibility as the last ancient but this one isn't, she's putting on airs to act like her original self but not actually be her, its just a lie and this ruins so much of the characterization throughout cause their arcs make no sense, Fate changing can cause so many issues in story and pacing and the pacing is egregious 3/4 of this game is side quest BS and barely any actual story and paced in a way to 1 combat - walk - cut-scene - walk - cutscene then combat its just bad overall they wasted it, the chance, the memories, the opportunity to make this game and now can't for who knows how many years and for what, FF7 Milking of the brand FF7R over and over now FF7 Crisis Core FF7 Dirge content FF7 IOS Game FF7 Battle Royale (dead now) its just milking for merch and now its lost any good will it had for a weaker plot that will never end satisfactory due to all the changes

32:19-Fable 2 was the first Fable I played on my cousin's Xbox 360 when I visited them in their house in London during the 2012 Olympics. I played the prologue of the game and had a fun time, that was before my mom and her sister in-law, my cousin's mother decided to take us to a cheap and crappy loving British Carnival. I actually rode on a rotor that almost crushed my head because it got to close to the surface. If I had an Xbox 360 I would have played the s**t out of Fable 1 Anniversary and 2. But I think I prefer the PlayStation 2/3/4/5 so I can play Kingdom Hearts, Sly Cooper, Jak and Daxter, God of War, Tales of Berseria/Arise, Final Fantasy, Assassin's Creed, Ghost of Tsushima, Greedfall, Fenyx Immortal Rising, Witcher, Skyrim and Oblivion, Ni No Kuni, Dungeon of Nahuelbeuk, Shadows Awakening, Warhammer Chaosbane, White Knight Chronicles, Shadow of the Colossus, Medievil, Banner Saga, Dragon Age and Hogwarts Legacy.
