शुरुआत में कुछ दिन 5 मिनट तक ही करें और फिर 10 मिनट, फिर 15 मिनट । इस तरह धीरे-धीरे समय बढ़ाएं। लाभ होगा। फिर 5 मिनट सीधे लेटें। उसके बाद उठें। सोने से पहले कीजिए। बस सीधे पैर करके सो जाएं। सोने से पहले करने से कमजोरी नहीं आएगी।
