We just did this trip, it’s was absolutely S**T! There was about 100+ couples on the lake all trying to avoid tree roots that you get stuck on constantly. Then the trail you literally can’t move because there’s so many people only to try and get to a view point with 200+ people there 😂 we did a sunset kayak at Koh Thalene and it was infinitely better. For one your ‘ Guide ‘ ( who is 6yrs old ) doesn’t just leave everyone behind

Dude, from Mumbai even though have slight background from here and can speak relatively ok in local tongue, Malayalam, these guys are all into stealing and lying, sensitive documents and debit cards get ripped off from paying guest accommodations, had my card stolen yesterday while I was attending a meeting and today got a message that it was used in an ATM, thankfully they got the PIN wrong, had to block that card, be afraid those who tread here, it's basically a bankrupt state and apparently with the kind of crap that happens with outsiders, even to us from other states in India let alone you guys, they, I think like being bankrupt as a whole

Took the train in other direction- Vienna to Budapest. Had reserved seats 113 and 115 in a specific carriage. Guess what, the seats only went up to 108. The conductor was mystified and told us to ring the ticket office for a refund. My advice: 1. Fly. 2. If you take the train, print your tickets, because as soon as the trip is over, any evidence of your reservation disappears if you download it to your phone. Never again.

The are many reasons why billion stars express is the worst bus managing company. 1. Giving the buses which billion stars does not own. Billion stars express has been a scam for many as they do not have enough buses in their fleet. 2.Not getting the seat you booked. Billion stars express has the VIP seating which are only available on their own buses and the company only has a few. Only you can get those seats by luck. 3.if billion stars express are using all theirs buses, there is a 100% chance that they will charter bus from different company which cannot accommodate all passengers. If there are not enough seats for the rest they will ask them to go out of the bus without giving a refund. 4.Regular delays. Billion stars express has delays almost every day you travel with them.
