ja sam ti pisao i ranije o upitnom kvalitetu soferke, presao sam 15000km sa rs3 8y , moja je ostecena na nekoliko mesta koje sam krpio, imao sam ideju da je menjam ali zahvaljujuci tvom iskustvu sada to necu raditi , mozda je bolje cekati da kinezi pocnu da ih prave pa onda je promeniti. Inace posteno govoreci mnoge pozicije na kolima su slabijeg kvaliteta. Na farovima koji su fantasticni po funkciji za sada nisam primetio pukotine ali da se zamagle i da od prvog dana imau okrugle nazovi fleke iznutra kazu da je to normalno. Prosla mu je garancija a i dok je trajala nisam koristio usluge ovlascenog servisa gde sem visokih cena usluga uglavnom se ne dobije nista, govorim o Srbiji, koliko mi se cini nema tu nekih razlika i u drugim ovlascenim servisima u Evropi. Treba razumeti da kupovinom ovakvih automobila ulazis u grupu potrosaca koji su predvidjeni da svoj izbor automobila jos mnogostruko doplate u toku koriscenja. Puno pozdrava IZ NOVOG SADA.

I would also take the BTM exhaust system for the RS3 into consideration. Imo it sounds more like the Sport Quattro S1 back then. But I'm myself are not sure yet whether to take the Stoll are BTM exhaust. Looking forward to your next video

BTM is at the moment not available with all the paperwork needed for Switzerland. Stoll is sold under APR which is a bit of a bigger player in the tuning scene to say the least. But again personal prefrence. Totally get why some one would opt for BTM

I had a BMW before this car and was not convinced about the quality of the entire car haha. Driving is however the only car that can come close to Porsche driving feeling :D However as a daily there is nothing that can beat an Audi imo.

@@DinoDrives I think we've all had experiences with cars. I had an A3 and then a 2017 S3 which I loved. Then I placed an order for a 2022 RS3 but it was delayed four times :-(. At the same time I needed a car with more space and the M340i was also on my list at the time. Now I'm really happy with my choice, it's practical, doesn't consume much, I think it's beautiful and it can be sporty when you want :-). But I also love your RS3 :-) Cheers from Fribourg !

@juju0834 I have a 21 M340i xdrive and a 24 RS3 at the moment. Love the B58, but the RS3 is quite a bit more fun to drive and sounds a lot better with the charismatic 5 cylinder! Both are great, but I highly recommend you get an RS3 still because it's worth every penny and then some imo!!

Endless - MX87? I still thinking about HJS downpipe vs Stoll exhaust… downpipe is much more expensive, but I really like the sound. There is a new wheel coming from Motec - MCR1 Forged One with the same weight. Will be a bit cheaper and is a bit „cleaner“ with less carve-outs.

Yesss MX87. I would say start with the stoll, because the downpipe with OE exhaust won“t bring you that much in my opinion.

Yes I actually did drive a GTI a couple of times snd they are not comparable really. The RS3 is really another level. If you would compare it to golfs, then the golf R has some similarities but again the RS3 is in its own league 😄

I put an Akrapovic with a sound kit on mine then out of curiosity I scanned the car for faults and found 16, 4 of which were related to the exhaust which I was expecting. I’ve done some tests without the sound controller and the other faults come back so it looks like at least with my car the ecu thinks there’s faults. Everything does work on the car and the faults are anything from rear camera, seat switches, climate control, master cylinder etc but like I said everything does work so I feel there is some sort of intermittent communication issue with the CAN system. If you get a chance run a scan on yours and see if you have any faults logged

Did not find any errors 😄 got it scanned on the service and was there as the guy was resetting the service stuff. I asked him if anything popped up and I only had a registered missfire from a bad spark plug. But all plugs where replaced st the service so thats gone 😄

bravo odlican komentar, ja sam presao 13000km do sada imam 3 ili 4 ostecenja na sofersajbi koja za sada resavam sa reparacijom ali definitivno je upitan kvalitet. Da li si razmisljao o 18 col felnama i da li imas informacije koje bi felne mogle odgovarati jer sve vreme dok vozim imam strah da ce i mala rupa na putu biti katastrofa za ove 19-ske sa napred svega 80mm visine gume. Pireli gume sam vozio 3 ili 4 puta na raznim automobilima jedno znam da ne bih nikada vise kupio taj brend koji je usput sa nepravdano visokom cenom. pozdrav iz n.sada dragan kovacevic

Trenutno planiram ostati na 19 inch felne a sto se tice kvalitetni feluga za koje ne moram mijenjati vecinu guma, samo sam nasao wheelforce, concaver i ABT felne. Ostalo mi se nije dopalo sto se tice design ili kvaliteta

I have a black sedan and I was thinking of changing the colour of the wheels to bronze, I’ve seen some pics of these in bronze and they look really good, it brings out all the angles nicely and they almost look like a totally different wheel

@@knight2425 I agree, that let's say modern black Wheel for me is not the best-looking color for RS3, bronze looks far better. My question is what do You think about 18inch wheels to get a little more comfort and do You have any informations can the 18 inch fit to rs3 8y.

It is not the last Rs3 model (5 cylinders). At the beginning of 2025, the new Rs3 facelift will appear, probably with 420-430hp

Agree on the windscreen, mine chiped very easily. Heard a few people mention this. Unfortunately Audi have really cut corners on the 8Y. The 8V was much better built just lacked the 8Y driving dynamics.

Im driving a rs3 8y myself. I have no problems at all. My tt(2017) got more problems in the first year than my rs3. But I owned my rs3 for 12 months only. I got 36 months left. But my Audi dealer is really forward to problem soliving in case of guarantee problem.

My wife has the VW Tiguan R and has had 3 cracked windscreens in 3 years.I drive an Audi SQ5 and had 2 cracked windscreens in 2 years.We haven’t had any issues with our insurance so far for the replacement windscreens. The light is shocking and you need to insist that it gets replaced.Maybe try a different Audi dealer?

My 3 year old audi is without doubt the worst car I have ever owned recalls have failed to fix the ecu faults dealer lied constantly never again will I buy a German made car

Sounds like you bought a Lemon. Doing regular maintenance is more then enough all up untill 150.000km after that you can expect that you will need to change some more expensive things. But indeed the older VAG cars have their issues. However this new generation is very solid depending on what engine and gearbox you go for.

ECU faults? I have had multiple audis which is drove to beyond 200.000km. I have never had any problems outside of maintanance. My last Audi was a completely tuned one running a stock engine with no problems.

I have owned mutliple VAG groups cars. You just need to know which models to buy. Same goes for BMW and Mercedes. There is good ones and bad ones. Heck even Porsche has its problems. Since VAG is the biggest ofcourse there will be more material to find. Writing off an entire group of car brands because of personal experience is a bit to drastic. Unless its an Alfa. Then we all agree haha

@@DinoDrives this is a nonsense reply when you buy a premium car you expect it to work from day 1, at 3 years old first MOT test it was recalled for dangerous defects ( ie ecu faults ) this was the second recall it also failed my audi is not safe to be on the road 14 k mls and still lethal satnav still won't take instructions be it postcodes or address that allown is a 4,5 years failure still constant fault codes mostly brake codes after the recalls but still happens also just to rub salt into the wound audi now want a subscription for a satnav that just never worked despite the fact I already paid for it fck audi never again the VAG

2 recalls so far 13 returns for fault codes at only 14k miles full service 3 years old I insured my father my car scared him to the point he brought a new car

It's a shame when manufacturers come up with such excuses for their mistakes because they don't want to spend their money. My brother stay strong because you have such an amazing car it's a pity such small details can raise uncomfortable doubt in the back of ours minds. This video should really trend😊.

I noticed and thats because they need to keep making more content do be active in de industry and don“t have the finances to own these type of cars for longer periods of time. I think carwow is the only channel where Mat actually owns cars for a year or so. Because lets be real most cars will be fine up untill 30.000km we all want to know what happens down the line when you want to get a car second hand

Interesting video, I’ve just got a brand new S3, and noticed windscreen chipped after 2k , I optioned the flat bottom wheel with black/ red nappa leather. Panoramic roof , B&O sound system. Extended Ambient lighting package and auto dimming side mirrors, never seen the point in electric seats as once you find a comfortable position the seat never needs to be moved again, Keep the updates coming, subscribed .. 👍

Ok cool. I think I may have a different package that was around $1100.00. I think I may have let the initial excitement get me as I got an armor all package that was totally useless. If I decide to get the refreshed ‘25, I will probably forgo all dealer warranties this time around. Thx

I agree with you that the windshield is quite easily chipped. I have 20k miles on my 2022 RS3 and I have quite a bit of chips on the windshield but none of them are expanding. I purchased the wheel and tire warranty which dealer will replace the windshield for free but I haven't gone in to replace it yet. The reason I haven't gone in for windshield replacement is because I have tinted the windshield header which I have to re-tint the header if I want to keep the same look. I have replaced the tires 3 times already so the wheel and tire warranty is quite worth it

In US, if u get the ultimate, I think it’s called multi-coverage, u get windshield protection as well as dent protection. Dent protection is pretty useless if u read the fine print

@@LuckieStripes Tell me about it 😅It's not 3 sets, just 3 individual tire. Bay Area, CA roads are terrible. Full of nails. The good thing about the warranty is they don't plug/patch the tires, any leak due to nail/scew or what not, the tire with be replaced

I actually got legal advice and after scanning all the terms of service and warranty paperwork. Its written in such a way that it really is a 50/50 shot legal wise. BUT in case the headlight cracks open I win anyhow. So its just a matter of patience, but sad it has to be that way.

@@wayfarerza8095 Knowing how big corporates operate they will tell be its outside of warranty and for my own account. But since I have 2 more years of warranty, lets just see how it goes. It might even be worth buying aditional warranty just because the headlight alone is 5k
