No, they are pulling you over to ARREST you or find you breaking some law. I've been pulled over 163 times (no joke). I've had 5 breathalyzers and 3 drug searches and I am straight edge(never drank, never tried drugs or even smoking cigs). I had a cop literally tell me he's pulling me over because it's 2am and my car is yellow. (Note: that's not a legal reason). He eventually found something to write a ticket for after looking awhile. Cops treat innocent young men like criminals and all it made me want to do, is become a criminal. I've been pulled over 4 times, on the same road, on the way home in UNDER 10 miles.
