They don’t bring trauma back into their life they train themselves to act and feel like they’re in a real situation for that moment for what is. Thinking of trauma or real pain can affect the actor mentally. They teach you this is Drama classes. You have to be able to put yourself in a situation as if you’re really in it to bring out genuine emotions, not traumatic ones.

Even though it was an act from juggernuggets deep down listening to him and watching him break down about how he cant be successful without his dad or his brother has me feeling that some things he said and the crying was real emotion he was feeling at that time and used it to show his acting skills. I mean hes avted on his pysvho series that lasted years and did a hood job and had KZbin torn between it being real or not but watvhing him tear up and say what he said i feel that he might actually feel that way deep down and thats why hes trying to make a career in film that stretches away from the people he relied on and helped in his start with his skits. you might be right, although I think he, like most people would, had doubts about making a “solo” career without his dad’s involvement in his KZbin videos. He’s still got the base, he’s still recognizable and a great actor. So yeah, I wouldn’t say he mirrored his actual day-to-day struggle into his performance, but merely turned his reasonable past doubts into a gag, a bit for a prank.

Most great actors do actually pull from real trauma to find that emotion to make things real. I have no doubt that those are deep seeded insecurities that he has but he felt that with that one little jab and I think he decided in that moment to use it as a trigger for a bit so he just let himself feel his emotions in that moment and it led to a really good bit
