You are an outstandingly good player! Do you not own any Z's anymore? You got the best tones I've ever heard out the Z-Wreck and Stangray.

Hey man AMAZING demo here, i dont have a dr.dan spec 1968 superlead however i have a ceriatone yeti 50 ( best modded marshall take just shy of a geoundzero or headfirst amp probably ) and a couple others BUT i couldnt help but notice you mentioned you got too many audio reflections and you opted for a Dr.dan 2x12 CAB in your descr. I have the SAME oversized dr.dan 2x12 cab PLEASE do tell if you wish : ** what 2 speakers were inside to coax these amazing tones out at the end of the chain ? ** : ** you mentioned a V30 miced is it 2 of those or just one ? What is the other speaker? Is it a UK V30 or an MIk, mic one etc ? *** All of this would really help im struggling to get my 2x12 can to sound amazing - will it ever be a 4x12 even tho its oversized ? No, of course not, but here for example even tho its youtube and im not in the actual room what i hear through YOUR 2x12 spunds absolutely incredible so i can help but wonder what 2 speakers you used in your 2x12 ! ^ Please lmk your thoughts on the speakers whenever you get the chance to 🙏.. Thanks in advance for the music / tones / demos and cheers from niagara canada. 🤟🙏 - Adam

Hey thanks man! I just mic’d the V30 for this. The cab had a UK v30 and a UK g12h anniversary in it. Nice combo in a 2x12. Really good sounding cab. Super punchy!
@Ratso_DeLynch Жыл бұрын
@krisrichardsguitar hey man thanks for the quick reply ! Because youtube is what it is and we'll never truly here in the In - the room sound and feel - do YOU STILL have this amp and cab ? And if so would you ever consider making a 1 minute video playing a couple riffs with **Only a smartphone camera recording things to get an in the room sound? ** * micing and IR's are fine ! I mean hey that's how albums are recorded these days but then they can make any amp sound a certain way or well "better, more ideal end result" etc etc. If you no longer have the amp I totally get it ? But I'm sure you get what I mean; a smart phone video camera might be kind of crude and obviously a real mic is better but I find just a basic smartphone camera actually grabs the most - realistic - in the room Impression of an amp and cab. ^ If you no longer have the Dr dan head, but still have the 2x12 cab then maybe you can demo the ground zero 100w jmp through that 2x12 cab ? I'll have to try 1 g12H30 anni + 1 V30 because WOW it sounds great here man. Also, myself and a ton of other people will appreciate you because the ground zero moab series, helion and his other marshall modded amps are all played through a 4x12 cab - yes of course it sounds the best through that, but myself and many others can't justify the giant 4x12 and 2x12 cabs is the absolute limit of what I can getaway in my living space - would you consider taking a 1- 2 minute video of you playing some late 70s / 80s hard rock riffs VH, steve stevens , Warren demartini stuff whatever through your ground zero modded amp or others through the big Dr. Dan 2x12 cab w v30 + g12 Ani speakers ? * if time is a big issue I'd even send a donation your way to get a couple minute video like that because again 4x12 s are cool, ive played my friends and felt that real testicle rattle euphoric feeling of standing near one while rocking out but with 2x12 cabs many people don't get to hear how these amazing boutique amps sound through them before buying and pulling the trigger. ^ Thanks again for these fast replies man appreciate you and your guitar / amp content that you put up here not to mention you're a hell of a player; most Brad paisley tunes for example are no easy feat! Haha Cheers for now man🙏🤟
