Good sounding pedal. HRM seems to get the attack on the notes right compared to some of Rockett's other offering, with just the slightest bit of compression at the front. Great playing, by the way. I like the fact that you dig in. Sounds more muscular in the low mids.

Thank you. That's a tough one. I haven't compared those 2 pedals side by side. But I would say the HRM is a bit more versatile with the EQ options. Both great drive pedals and capable of the high gain thing. If you can, try them out in a store nearby ...

I don't find it noisy at all. It has a bit more mids than the Dude as well. Thanks for watching!

@@krisrichardsguitar the Dude I own isn’t noisy at all either. Kind of the opposite. Very controlled and quiet with great tone. It definitely has a lot of mids imo. You mentioned this pedal having more. You would say this pedal’s mid-hump is similar to a TS or different? Marshall tone with some mids is a good combo

I have the dude, and its not noisy,... the melody on the other hand is noisy in the higher gain settings
