Great celebration for Metroid Prime 4 still alive! (How dare you forget about ZSS, jk lol) I still have yet to beat “Metroid Prime 2: Echoes”, but I did beat the other two games twice. Can’t wait to see more of Metroid Prime 4 in the future.

I've never played the Prime games before (so far only played Fusion and Dread, and briefly the first Metroid before dropping it), may gave Prime 4 a try once we see more of it (though probably on the incoming Switch 2, as it would probably blow up my seven year old Switch).

Idk why but this fight for me is very hard cause the cpu barely goes anywhere with throws even with strong throw and I hate the time on it but at least the cpu teammate is kinda helping

I don't remember who I used to beat this spirit originally, maybe Ridley and spamming side-b + Skewer because he was my goto for all the obnoxious "Stamina + armored opponent" battles. Incineroar with a spirit that gives him armor would probably work best, as you could easily spam Alolan Whip, being able to easily grab the DK in the air while dealing heavy damage (whether from the clothesline or throwing him up into the hazard DK when he activates) or maybe even KOing outright when close to the sides.

No, it's using the right port to get a favorable starting position on the right stage against the right character, and then just trying until the CPU SDs first. And with how basic Melee's AI is, it often doesn't take that many tries, while in some cases, the right setup will result in a guaranteed win (such as what was shown in the Ness and Yoshi clips).

@@OmegaTyrant well that's not surprising since you can trick lv. 9 CPU Falco into shielding fox's lasers resulting in a shieldbreak. There's a TAS by @PracticalTAS where (s)he wins by doing "nothing"
