SSBU - Spirit Battles: Pacifist Jigglypuff wins against Zagreus with No Spirits and No Damage

Also known as pulling off a Switzerland back in Melee!
When looking over the new Spirits, I briefly entertained trying to beat the Zagreus fight with Luigi by doing nothing, but I quickly abandoned it when it was evident that even if I could get the first Chrom to SD, it was going to take extraordinary luck to get the remaining two to do so without Luigi dying first. I then got the idea to try it with pacifist Jigglypuff given how easily Chrom will SD, and turns out it's not only possible, but not even that hard. Normally the auto Final Smashes is one of the most obnoxious Spirit effects, but it can be used against the CPU here, as Aether will often send Chrom flying too far offstage to recover, provided you can dodge it. It gets a bit tricky there as you have to be preemptively air dodging as they use it, trying to air dodge when Aether is initiated won't work, but the AI is predictable enough to often use it when you're in their line of sight, making it not too difficult to achieve. The Chroms can also SD without Aether by just baiting them offstage, but it is easier to just wait for them to get their Final Smash and bait them that way, especially when going for a no damage run like I did. Also funnily the first Chrom was the most annoying one, as at his low CPU level, he often just walked around doing nothing, or would even get caught on the steps of Dracula's Castle, and he was overall less predictable than the later more aggressive CPU Chroms.

I actually had this happen on one of my attempts at this spirit where the final Chrom FS’d into the blast zone. “Your end has CO-Victory!” On a somewhat relevant note, I’ve been trying the beat the 13 Sentinels spirit going spiritless myself, and it is absolute BULLSHIT. I could make an actual essay on how unfun and unfair it is. It’s not that bad if you have a good spirit build, but going spiritless? Absolute abominable. And for emphasis, I’ve beaten every spirit battle in the game up to this point (except for that one) spiritless, and I can easily say it earns a spot in the top 5 worst spirit battles to beat under that condition (probably top 3, actually) I kind of want to see if you can beat it without using spirits, admittedly. But if you do try it, don’t beat yourself up over it too hard if you can’t get it. Because yeah, it’s pure hogwash.

Yeah the 13 Sentinels spirit isn't much fun even when doing it with a proper spirit build. I was thinking of trying it with the pacifist strat, if I can get it with a funny cheese strat I could do a video on it, and if the pacifist strat doesn't work, I have another cheese strat in mind, but no promises on it.

@@OmegaTyrant Good luck with any attempts at all, I say. Every cheese strat I've tried has had varying degrees of success. The ol' tried-and-true strat of ledgecamping with Chrom Up B abuse got me incredibly close on one attempt, so I know it's possible. It just takes a stupid amount of luck. The worst part of it all is that if even just one thing about the fight was changed, it would become much easier as a whole. It's like the perfect concoction of rules being stacked against you. EDIT: I finally got it. Never again.
