Thank you, I am also impressed when people do notice such details! The toilet ... I did not expect that it will impress anyone. The docks - they took some sweat ... I had to build them in other house than move them inside this one. But the hand out of blood crystals - i tested with so many items to the point of despair and I almost gave up... but for my luck I found these crystals - so I also amazed myself - hehe. ​@@haileeraestout5567 The City Abagarlas (later Lost Abagarlas) was an Ayleid city located on the shores of Lake Rumare, on the northeast coast of City Isle. A center of worship to the Daedric Prince of Domination Molag Bal, Abagarlas infamously came into conflict with the nearby Meridia-worshipping city of Delodiil. Ultimately the city of abagarlas was just a inspiration of the home. But to add more to the lore. it appears in Oblivion as well as in ESO. In the late Merethic Era, at the height of Ayleid rule, Abagarlas was a wealthy city which prospered on account of its large population of mercenaries. Located close by was the city of Delodiil, which was home to a glorious temple dedicated to the worship of Meridia, the Lady of Light. Growing envious of Delodiil's temple, King Anumaril of Abagarlas ordered the construction of a far more massive temple dedicated to Molag Bal. Although Anumaril's temple dwarfed Delodiil's, its design was crude and aesthetically displeasing, leaving Delodiil's people, including their king, Cenedelin, unimpressed. Hearing of Delodiil's dismissal of his temple enraged King Anumaril, and after profaning Abagarlas' small shrine to Meridia, he ordered the destruction of Delodiil and proclaimed that he would sacrifice its populace to Molag Bal. To add another note it was King Anumaril who was an Ayleid arch-mage that created the Staff of Towers, a powerful artifact whose eight segments corresponded to one of the metaphysical Towers that shape the fabric of Nirn.

Hi! It is hard to tell. The rough calculation is 600 items x 20 000 gold each - 12 mil gold. But some rocks, trees and bushes are cheap - 500-2000 gold each, at the other hand Tree, Giant Autumn Maple are 20k each and I used over 20 of them. So at the optimistic side I think the Build cost at least 8 mil... but in really much more. For example transmute station, skills station, the rest of the stations and dummies are more than 1.5 mil... but they are not a must.

It is great to see you here Quocker-Wodger! I loved making video-tours of your homes because they are all very creative and unique. I am sure many people will learn new things from them - I personally learned a lot :) Thank you for allowing me to share them with other ESO-housing enthusiasts!
