Hey and wow, thank you for the trust. I will not charge you at all for my work, but you will have to cover approximately the cost of crafting mats. For reference this house cost me to make around 10 million in gold. what was the budget for a house like this?

Hi! It is hard to tell. The rough calculation is 600 items x 20 000 gold each - 12 mil gold. But some rocks, trees and bushes are cheap - 500-2000 gold each, at the other hand Tree, Giant Autumn Maple are 20k each and I used over 20 of them. So at the optimistic side I think the Build cost at least 8 mil... but in really much more. For example transmute station, skills station, the rest of the stations and dummies are more than 1.5 mil... but they are not a must.
