You can rest a long time between sets and grow well or better. Ive rested 10 minutes between sets then to 6 minutes for final sets working 85 90% of 1Rep Max..I had to if I wanted to increse weight next set, it was Brutal lifting 265 and in the 300s at my small frame 5ft. 6" height 170lb to 192lb. at peak. But over 37 years lifting I've done dang near all the workouts and invented and forgotten a few.

More home gym workouts and advice! As a father of a 2.5 year old and 8 month old I also made a garage gym! I get it done in there every morning before work, I enjoy these types of videos, always trying to learn and fond new ideas! Keep up the hard work 💪 Thanks!

You can most definitely build muscle with high reps. Don't listen to all this old bro science. Some of the oldest and best looking guys I know use high reps only.

Man Hunter wasn't high on my radar for the longest time, til' I watched him on Cutler Cast with Jay. Then I started to check out his Insta, jumped on over to his KZbin. Man, can this guy coach. Just one session and the confidence in his athlete here by the time he hits the same pose 2nd, 3rd time. Incredble. Love my posing coach very much, but I appreciate the simplicity and more common/basic approach of Hunter's philosophy here. This is great. Liked and subbed and for sure will be tuning into more content here. Gonna try some of these tips in my first posing video I do on my channel (here in coming weeks).

Doing high repetitions until failure will burn more calories, which is why people have the impression of having more defined muscles.
