Instantly happy to instantly sad that it's his last try.... All the thoughts about reconsidering retirement at that moment lol

It was great to see shane score for the last time. The thing I find slightly greater is the reaction by James O'Connor. You can tell that Shane had a tonne of respect worldwide.

tbh one player cant carry a team its a team sports, and i think that the lions won the tour and beat aussies by a record test match score thanks to 11 welsh players in the team?
@FriekSnipz11 жыл бұрын
Ummm we won the lions tour n who was the top try scorer? Oh yeah Alex Cuthbert. What nationality is he? Oh yeah he's Welsh! dumb ass! North won us the the games with his tries. English did jack shit mate your special farrell didnt do much to be honest id have played the whole welsh team with sexton instead of biggar then it would have been 50+ points every game

I don't know Dan Carter gives him a run for his money. Anyway like sergeantfan3 said as a Scotland fan I also always enjoyed watching Shane. Magic feet and a fantastic rugby brain.

like the loins lost in 2005 cause there was to many english?

absolute legend. Even when he was humiliating some of our irish would be tacklers at times was a pleasure to watch.
@cameronsk111 жыл бұрын
Funny cause Carter has had the best players in the world around him since he begun, Like to see him with the 8th best side in the world in the 2007 world cup and get them to the final oh wait they got to the quarter final and lost to France. Plus Wilkinson has had his career destroyed by injuries still getting 91 caps, Just saying. I think S.Williams was a great player just saying i hope England do something like this with Wilko when he retires from rugby completely.
@cameronsk111 жыл бұрын
For a year Wilkinson did! he lost 2 years through injury as well and was never the same he's recapturing some of that form now but he's 33 now and retired from England. Plus in 2007 England were so shit and he carried them single handily to a world cup final beating Australia on the way there. Something you Welsh can only dream of, I know you beat us but your never gonna make the step up to the top 3 cause your mentally weak. Plus we'll lose the Lions tour due to too many welsh players.
@aud4mikey11 жыл бұрын
your obv english? yeh wilkinson scored 1000 points in a good england team who won the world cup lol look and jenkins record played in one of the worst welsh team ever and was the first player to score 1000 test points in the history of rugby shows the difference on quality and any proper rugby fan would know that barry john was the best fly half to ever play the sport

@Theocook112 жыл бұрын
People like Shane, and Jonny, you know, players from the early 2000's, were part of a matchless generation of players that may never be replicated. The quality of international rugby around the time of the 2003 World Cup when these players were at their prime was unbelievable. I hope that the new generation can be just as good.

Just to say some of you were crying you are quite pathetic if i may say Johnny Wilkinson is a true legend of the game not this man.
