Ive re used head gaskets on a few zx6r 636 engines, i use copper head gasket spray and if i dont have that i use silver spray paint. So far i havent run into any issues

Love this. It reminds me of an episode of Green Acres (1965?) I watched as a kid, where Mr Douglas makes a head gasket for his truck out of Mrs Douglas’s pancake batter.

awesome idea. I been meaning to do this with a fwd audi transmission. axles are right near the bellhousing and the trans sticks out the back. Has been done by a guy in the back of a vw ute with a audi v8. Love the truck, I got a rusty 720 4x4

You can heat the thread on the headbolts until their glowing yellow then you can drive them in with a hammer.

That's a real Nissan (Datsun). These days they are junk, back then they were unstoppable. Plus it looks like a farm vehicle so it's just going back and forth slowly.... Or 10,000 rpms trying to get through a field so 🤷
