Lots of great advice in this one and I am glad you mentioned the gym as being in shape is the best way to make clothes look better on you. I think understanding how some colour combinations work together also is important to getting the most out of what you have. Also I think adding a couple of well fitted neutral colour polo shirts to your wardrobe can be a really cheap but highly effective way to boost your look

short kings really just need to know this trick . The rule of thirds is a fashion rule where your pants make up around 2/3 of the fit and your shirt only 1/3. in this way you appear taller than you actually are. you can do this with any outfit and it looks dope AF

I pretty short as well and I find that most summer tops don’t fit on me. It’s a bit disappointing because it limits my ability to get clothes from the brands I want to. Now that I come across your channel, I find more inspiration on where to find clothes that could potentially fit. How do you feel about finding clothes that fit from different brands? Is it difficult for you?
@VicenteImeryАй бұрын
Yes, it’s still really difficult! I always try to shop in person so that I can see how the clothes fit me, other than that you just need to get pretty lucky. And also look for cropped fits like I mentioned.

Any recommendations for a good shoe to go with these tops? Im trying to look for a stylish shoe that I can comfortably wear when walking and hiking but haven't had anything jump out at me.
@VicenteImeryАй бұрын
If you’re wanting a shoe for hiking and walking then it probably won’t look great with these tops. Aside from the hiking, the best shoes for those tops in my opinion would be some simple white leather sneakers. If you want to dress it up you could go for some suede loafers. But yeah for the hiking and walking im not sure! I used to wear air force ones all the time and I grew into them so I could wear those anytime anywhere, but I’m sure they’re not actually that optimal for walking and hiking. I just grew into them
@strome3Ай бұрын
@@VicenteImery i think my question is nearly unanswerable. In general, though do you recommend the Air Forces as a good all-around shoe? Ive heard good things
@VicenteImeryАй бұрын
Yeah for sure! I basically lived in those the past two years. I just now replaced them with new balance 550’s. So either of those are good all round shoes, if you’re wanting a chunkier shoe of course.
@DylanTT17Ай бұрын
@@strome3 I owned Air Force ones a couple years ago and done practically everything in them including going on walks and hikes on all sorts of terrain. They will get scuffed after a year but what shoes don’t, although you might want to get a few packets of shoe wipes if you get the white ones and you’re gonna hike in them.

How often should I be in the gym and do you recommend like PPL or when/how often I should hit different muscle groups. Great vid btw
@VicenteImeryАй бұрын
It’s up to your time honestly. You can do PPL and do that 6 days a week. But you can also do an upper/lower split 4 days a week. And even a full body 3 times a week. You’ll get good gains with any of those as long as you work hard and are consistent. I used to go to the gym for 2 hours but I’ve cut it in half and now I only do one hour so it’s up to you how long you want to go.
@VicenteImeryАй бұрын
And I usually do around 6 exercises every session, and they’re all 2 sets around 6-14 reps. But if you’re a beginner honestly try not to get too into the details, just prioritize working hard and being consistent!

Not all dairy is processed, you should try raw milk/dairy
@VicenteImeryАй бұрын
Good point! I forgot about that. I’m have raw cheese that I have but definitely gotta get on to drinking raw milk too
@TheDwarburtonАй бұрын
@@VicenteImery Also, not all processes are bad. UPF is what you mean. Pretty mature video though other than the dig at vegans, could've left that out as there's Vegan and non vegans who eat UPF foods. Please just be careful with raw dairy guys. I'm far from a vegan or vegetarian I have plenty of meats in my diet but once the wrong bacteria starts growing in raw dairy it can be lethal. That's why pasteurizing is the norm in the first place! It seems far fetched until you know someone who has been seriously ill and in hospital from it.
@VicenteImeryАй бұрын
Yes good point. Ultra processed should definitely be avoided, me personally though I try to avoid any sort of processing that’s why I said that. And yes that’s true, raw milk can come with its problems. Also wasn’t trying to dig at vegans! Just what popped into my head, that’s why I said there are vegans that eat whole foods so that wouldn’t apply. I appreciate your comment!
@etherealwave991Ай бұрын
@@VicenteImery as long as the cows are pasture raised there is no risk of illness from raw milk. Amish people drink only raw milk, many European countries drink only raw milk. I, my friends, and my family have been drinking it for like 10 years. Why would there be harmful bacteria in milk? Bad farming practices are the only thing that would lead to issues. Which is why pasteurization became the norm. Great video!

You would elevate your outfits to the next level with a watch. Doesn’t have to be expensive, I’m wearing the basic quartz Casio that I bought 10€ (~11$) on Vinted but if you have the money to buy a more expensive one from Seiko or Louis Pion it’s even better. Having something on your wrist makes you stand out and a watch is a very classy/mature-looking option. Once again, your content is very professional, great work
