this new aiming system ( when it will work ) will be cool for PvP, adding some skill into gunfight but for a solo playthrought it's quite useless

I suspect the developments were inspired by one of the Improved Projectile or similar mods. Although there is a crosshair in Improved Projectile, and it works normally, there are problems when the target is lying on the ground, aiming at the crosshair will not work, the mod left a line that points to the bottom tile, and you need to aim along it, as if there were a zombie standing, not lying. I think that what the mod gives and what the developer implemented are similar, but they did not add the visualization like in the mod. You can google the Improved Projectile mod and see what I mean.

no auto aim anymore, aim with good conditions and you are fine, i went rose wood with pistol lv 0 and did some fine shoots until the bullets they give for test run out. only problem is that you cant shoot zombies on the ground, you need to be in a certain angle or you shoot above then... also zombies in stair cases fkup the aim, everything else is at a solid progress and will be great in the future ppl should understand that you not suposed to shit on unstable builds, it's incomplete and broken, shit on it on full release if still broken.

yeah I agree, ppl shouldn't be so quick to bash it, its not finished it requires some patches and fixing, overall if they get it fixed I will be much better than the old system

Definetly needs some work, it's definetly better. But still it's bad, just not horrible. The worst thing is that jamming is even worse now, you can rarely fire a whole magazine of the M9 without the gun jamming.

Aiming and pointing is one thing but moving your character around while shooting with poor aiming skill which is notable due to the crosshair makes it very rough even point blank. With that said it needs improvement. A feasible zomboid run cannot reach level 10 aiming legit.

Is it just me or is it that when the AI have long swords they feel unkillable sometimes? Like it's either they're completely brain-dead or completely op tanky AF can slice right through your armor if in one place long enough incredible precision and blunt power.

I do believe that it would be very effective against non-knight enemies, it has the dexterity to prevent swarming that pole arms do not.

I don't find it particularly OP, maybe only for it's air spawn, I have it, and while certainly you can dogfight, is not the best at it, against certain planes you will have a bad time, and specially against good pilots, I am not saying I am one, but I don't have much problem killing XP50s when I play on the BR, also the FW went from best opponent in the match to the reason of his name, the 8 kill seems impressive but the enemy set them selves to get killed, I have been there, my highest kill in an air RB match is 11, but I don't feel it was a good match all the opposite, I took advantage of all the enemy team doing dumb mistakes, no enemy fought back or the fight was too short, so impressive number but soulless match I had.
