Makes sense. Late medieval battlefields were dominated by poleaxes and other polearms that could deal with plate armor better

I do believe that it would be very effective against non-knight enemies, it has the dexterity to prevent swarming that pole arms do not.

Is it just me or is it that when the AI have long swords they feel unkillable sometimes? Like it's either they're completely brain-dead or completely op tanky AF can slice right through your armor if in one place long enough incredible precision and blunt power.

Sometimes they are so fragile and other times they are still getting back up with a portion of their head sliced off
