We didn’t try making nut milk or peanut butter with it, but given the light motor, small feed chute, and tiny containers, it will take a long time and we’re not sure it’s the ideal machine for the job.

I've always used plumber putty on the top side of the sink. But thanks anyhow for the video
@shouldit.official7 күн бұрын
Thanks for watching, @rickcook2798. Putty is definitely better. This is just how we set up disposals for our tests. Because we needed to remove and install mount assemblies constantly, we decided to use the included gasket for short-term seal. But it ended up rather solid throughout our testing phase, so we uploaded the process for reference. We do have videos in which we use putty. You can check them out here [kzbin.info/www/bejne/houki6miqr6reMU]. Much love.

@shouldit.official7 күн бұрын
Thank you watching ❤️. We did find the mesh filter not attach very firmly, but it haven't fallen off on us so it should be fine. We weren't able to find any place that sells replacements but the filter should last for as long as the kettle is cared for.

It is important to me that I can easily transfer hot food to a separate container and pour off extra liquid while cooking by myself, without extra help. That is the reason I'm shopping around. I wish you would have included this important factor.
@shouldit.official12 күн бұрын
You're right. We should have mentioned ease of handling. All of these skillets can be easy to transfer hot food from, especially the Presto and the Hamilton Beach where you can remove them from the base to decrease the weight you have to hold onto. For pouring excess liquid, the Presto and the Elite Gourmet has a pouring spout for that. So, the best choice for your needs would be the Presto. Hope this help!
@techshabby000112 күн бұрын
@@shouldit.official ah thanks. I had a mini crisis the other day when I was trying to transfer food from my ancient 12" square e-skillet. The food wouldn't pour out and I couldn't hold it with one hand in order to scrape it out and I had to call out for help. When I was younger it wasn't an issue. Luckily I wasn't home alone. Now I just want a safer one.

Plus I burn myself on the edges. The smallest touch leaves a painful burn that needs bandages. I have two bandaged burn areas from it right now. Its partly because I have a tiny apartment and a super small amount of counter space. But I love cooking in the electric skillet better than gas fire stove.
@shouldit.official10 күн бұрын
@@techshabby0001 That's unfortunate. Sorry to hear that. Hope the burns heal nicely and such mishap won't happen to you again. The Presto has a pretty tall base so you can just tilt the skillet to pour food onto the plate without lifting all the way up which should make it easier.

The Sage super Q blender i have smells little burnt electricity when I putt in the same amount of frozen fruit , also with smaller amount frozen fruits but less of that smell.
@shouldit.official12 күн бұрын
If you're smelling burnt plastic, we'd recommend stop using the blender, no matter the amount of food. First, check if your outlet can properly power the blender - you may want to unplug other devices. Second, check if the blender has dust build-up around its fan. If you can disassemble it, you can also check if there's anything dust or liquid on the motor. When all else fails, hopefully your warranty is still active. Hope this help!

How many egg white are you putting into the jar for just using 2 minutes only? How max egg white can be put into this jar? Thank you to tell so i know how big of my cake size can be baked at one time
@shouldit.official14 күн бұрын
It depends on your blender and container. For our test, we used 100 ml of egg whites in a 24 oz beaker. As long as you fill your container no more than a quarter way up, the blender should work fine and it won't spill. Hope this help!

Hello, Tom. Thank you so much for watching. We used a generic brand of putty that we found online. Nothing fancy. Standard plumber's putty should be plenty good for the job ^^.

does it already include putty?

Hi, @grotesquecat. Thanks for watching. Usually, you have to buy your own plumber's putty. Sometimes retailers include putty in their bundles, but disposals don't typically come with putty.
