And trucks and cars as a up sale and this stuff is amazing is Bilthamber Atom mac as it is a corrosion inhibitor . But for my interior supplies koche chemie , except glass cleaner , as Bilthamber trace- less is by far the best product I have ever used on glass. But as a up sale I would offer glass polish using Labocosmetica vitreo and a glass cutting pads on the rupes mini.

20-30 min max!!?? I do restorations and it takes me two hours every vehicle start to finish. Wet sand by hand polish and seal. How you doing both headlights so fast?
@D.B.K.mobiledetailingАй бұрын
Thanks for watching bro🫡 So my process is pretty much the same I use 1000 or 1500 grit then 3000 then polish and add sealant. I do the same thing to both headlights at the same time so when I’m done with one I’m done with the other. Also sometimes I’ll use my drill attachment to do the sanding (just be careful and tape everything off). Some cases are worse than others that being said the longest I’ve ever took was 45min-1hr max. I hope this helps
@MichaelBrianInc29 күн бұрын
@ crazy lol most of my work I start with the same grits as you.. sometimes I need to go down and rarely have to go down to 320. All by hand but for some reason from start to finish on site it’s at least 2 hours. That’s from greeting the customer, taping, taking before photos, doing the work taking the after photos and cleaning up. Next time I’ll have to see how long my sanding process is actually taking. I’ve done work with the drill but haven’t in a long while. Mainly because my drill batteries don’t last long enough and I can’t keep up with the cost of the 3M disks. Too expensive.
@D.B.K.mobiledetailing29 күн бұрын

@ lol ok yeah bc I’m like geez one hour or less on site that’s crazy for the same process I do! Question, how is the price point you have it at working for you? I’m down in FL so I guess it’s a similar area market to yours as here there’s such a mix of people and communities… I charge more. Between $120-140. I’ve done OK however price among other objections seems to be very common to hear. I’m wondering if it’s worth coming down slightly and what the sweet spot might be at near me. Orlando here.

1:48 Don't pull out the floor mats first, if you are blowing out the car in the second step! During blowout a lot of heavy debris falls to the floor, if the mats are still in, the debris falls on the mats. By taking the mats out after blowout you have saved yourself from having to vacuum up more debris from the cockpit floor. Time saved, less back pain!

Give Dark Fury by Superior Products a try for your wheel and tire cleaner. Its alkaline so no real risk of damage to rims if it sits for a bit. You can order it through oreilly for like $25 for a gallon, or from their website for about $17 a gallon. It dilutes 4:1, and is honest to god a contactless wheel cleaner. Used it on a friends car that they've had since 2013 without ever getting a detail on their tires outside of the bs roll through washes give. She had grime all through the inner wheel, and all through the face and crevices. I heard others say its basically contactless so i just let it sit for 1 minute (just covered each wheel and rinsed them in the same order right after) and with my pressure washer with a 35 degree nozzle it was cleaner than the day she bought it minus some minor agitation on the studs. If you want something similar (honestly i think its the same formula/lab that made it) grab sudslab zero acid wheel cleaner from walmart at 16 bucks for 32oz can be diluted 4:1 or used straight and use it to see if its a product you can rock with. Better performance and cheaper than KC and brake buster.
