I’m from California and I also upgraded from the same machine you did for similar reasons. I went with the Chief 100 before they changed the model about 5-7 years ago. In that time I have had one glitch come up which was misdiagnosed and the condition continues to this day. It still works great, I do find it necessary to change my process, but I use it everyday. For me it’s not just a time saver it’s also a problem solving dynamo. Congrats and thanks for the honest review.

Thanks for watching bro. Yea they are well thought out and put together I find myself using mines more and more even when they not paying for it. Definitely a time saver as well on interiors

You 100% can run rinseless through it. A friend of mine uses nighthawk brand triple s renseless . It has a 856:1 dilution ratio , smells amazing , and is a little acidic .

@ I’ve got one on the way! I was using a 1385 but wasn’t very happy with it. And My business has picked up a lot since all these hurricane flood cars hit the auction sites. My only concern is wishing I would’ve went with the 100 to run the vac. But I think I’m gonna be impressed with the 75 coming from plastic.

I got the 75 and 125, both are the older version. I like the 125, simply because I don't have to wait for the machine to cool down to refill. A product I like to use on upholstery is Optimum's Carpet and fabric cleaner. I have used it with no steam to clean headliners and it removers a lot of stains. I would try that before investing in another extractor.

James here from NC. I had the 1375 McCulloch and the trigger got stuck less than a year. I just bought the 75 as well. I had it for a month. It performs great. My only little issue is the short hose but I did my research before buying so I understand why he had to shorten the hose. I called McCulloch and they found out that my number was associated with a detailing business and they will not warrant it due to being used commercially. She did send me a new one anyway.

Thanks for watching fam what part of NC? Yea I had that issue as well. 🤔 I might need to reach out to them as well I don’t think I had it a full year I’ll have to check. Yeah that’s the only issue I have with it other than that great investment!

@@D.B.K.mobiledetailing , Lagrange NC. They have a two year warranty. I don’t think they have it in writing that they will not warrant the steamers that are used commercially because they still gave me a new one. Go ahead and hopefully they will give you a new one to sell or as a backup.

Great video! I'm from jersey, 45 min away from where this machine is sold . I been wanting to get one but haven't had the hart to " pull the trigger " on the purchase. Keep up the great work.💪🏾💪🏾

Thanks fam. I got with them when they first started it actually came with both and a few other perks, not sure how they’re doing it now. I can’t complain
