@DirtySouthFlorida3 my favorite amp that I still have that's old is my phenix gold tantrum 400.4 it's from 2002 or 2004 and US made and sounds so clean and has the ability to set it up as a 3 way crossover so you can use all 4 channels on just your front doors in a 3 way setup which is nice AF

This was my ported box setup along time ago before i cut the hole for fun. So it was like 1.5 each sealed. About 32 inches wide and probly 16 deep then 14 high something like that

I need help I can’t seem to find the right frequency I’m running 2 powerbass 12s on a 4 channel 1000 watt daul amp I got each sub bridge to two channels and it’s just not as loud as I would expect it to be it’s also in a band pass box with plexiglass

Make sure your in phase flip your phase on headunit. Your underpowered but increase the sub level output on head unit then do your gains. Doubble check your ohmload at the terminals in amp. Also dont use the crossovers on amp just use crossover on your head unit

To be honest that's pretty weak, and it has nothing to do with the subs but it has everything to do with the terrible wiring job, no capacitor. Not really sure what kind of amp you're using cuz he didn't show us but then again this was almost a decade ago lol and I'm sure you've learned a few things since making this video.
