This is a great discussion on cleaning and protecting all weather floor mats. Slick mats are to be avoided as you noted, and sometimes it can be the different materials used on the bottom of our shoes react with the protection product

Guys, I thoroughly enjoy using a lot of your products but that mat protectant really ain't it. I tried it on two different types of mats both became slippery. Really disappointed.

I had a literal nightmare for my first time using this the other day. We had a heat wave in Cali. It was 95f even in my shop. High spots GALORE. and nearly immediately after applying. I had to run a 30 second cure time... working on a 2 ft section at a time. Anyone have any pointers? Did I do something wrong?

This is the way I clean my truck year round except I do it at night when no one’s else is out and I can take all the time I need in the world to wash my truck. Reason being, my well water leaves too many hard water spots. Any tips or tricks to use my well water at home??

Considering how small the bottles are for the price. I only buy mega foam by the gallon from Adam’s.

I’m surprised the Graphene Spray Coating is safe for the mats considering how much slickness it adds on paint. I’ll test on my rears.

Only issue I see with using the Graphene Spray is having that many applicators around. Typically the applicators get tossed after one use.

So what do you recommend for a dashboard that needs more protection? Old Infiniti dashboards deteriorate very extremely and begin to crack and bubble. Does Leather Conditioner provide ample UV protection?

Thank you for responding. What I’m trying to say is that if you take an old car and use your process to make it look gorgeous like that car then I would be extremely impressed. I have done that to several vehicles, including plumbing trucks that I purchased. I bought a Toyota forerunner 2003 and spent two days detailing it and painting, what was necessary. When I finished, I sent the picture back to the person that I bought it from. They were amazed he said if he could’ve gotten his detailer to look that good he never would’ve sold it. This is what I’m talking about. Thank you.

FYI. NEVER leave this ceramic coating on plastics. Unless you want that surface to age 20 years in a week. Idk why Adam’s ever recommended leaving it sit on plastics. Especially textured plastics. I don’t think they actually tested it before advising that. If it’s a textured plastic surface, I wouldn’t even let it cure all the way if you’re going to apply it. After a lot of complaints they’ve finally started to advise people to at least wipe it. But be warned a lot of plastic trims have been ruined just leaving this stuff sit. It will make your plastic look like it’s sat in the sun 20 years.

Add 20 mins to get out all your cleaning supplies, and 10 mins after to put it all away. Still took you an hour to “Wash your car” JS 😂
