@ wow thank you for replying to me. I really enjoy everything on vibrational healing… I have experience with overcoming trauma and I had vivid dreams that helped me come to terms with my feelings. I quit my professional job 3 years ago becayse I felt that I had no passion for it. I’ve been researching so many things over 10 years, but I never thought about becoming a person who could have their own healing space and help others overcome their own limitations. I guess I would like a starting course that has some recognition that covers a range of things…. You are called a holistic health practitioner? Thank you again for your reply and all of your informative videos !! ☺️☺️

It's a 5-minute video that covers 4 implementation strategies for how to use the forks on yourself and your clients.🤔 With the intro and outro, that's less than 1 minute per strategy. This video was never meant to be a demonstration video. I have several of those already, which go into exhaustive detail on how to use the forks all around the body. You can find those here, if you are interested: kzbin.info/aero/PLcoajB6YZSO4z0FOAZdkSGa7_MOi7p2a8 This video is a response to my viewers who had already seen the demos and were looking for guidance on how to create a session for their clients. how many Hypoxic breaths should you do in a session and how many sessions should you do daily ? I've learned so much from your videos thank you.
@BELightTT
@BELightTT 15 күн бұрын
@bnplaza Thanks so much for watching and commenting. I really appreciate that. In terms of training, it's obviously going to depend on your current health and your personal goals. If you already feel comfortable with your hypoxic training, and you do not have any contraindications to practicing, then you can definitely push a little if you want to get the benefits. Keep in mind that my recommendations come from my practice with hypoxic-hypercapnic training, which basically means holding your breath AFTER the exhale. The guidelines might change for different types of breath holds. For breath holds after an exhale, I usually recommend 1 set of 5 reps, pushing to maximum, with 60 seconds of quiet, nasal, deep breathing in between each breath hold. You could theoretically even practice 2 sets of 5; one in the morning and one in the afternoon, depending on how you feel. Be cautious practicing at night, as this technique can be quite stimulating for some people. You'll have to try for yourself and pay attention to your own body's response. If you get dizzy, nauseous, light-headed, stop immediately and take a break. I hope this helps! Thanks again for supporting the channel.

I have read that while the inhale and exhale via the nostril, greatly produces Nitric Oxide naturally, AND, that if we hum so as to vibrate the nasal cavity on the exhale, the Nitric Oxide production increases even more. I am wondering if this face application of the tuning fork also creates increased Nitric Oxide production. What are your thoughts on this ?? m
@BELightTT
@BELightTT 15 күн бұрын
Hi @mylesvrooman3709 Yes, you are correct. My channel is mostly devoted to functional breathing, and I have several videos about the benefits of nasal breathing and humming for naturally producing nitric oxide. My most viral video also introduced the idea that the OTTO 128 has the ability to create quick releases of NO locally at the site of application. That is one of this fork's purported benefits. Good for you for seeing that connection so obviously.😀🙌💖You might like checking out this video on the scientific and anecdotal benefits of the OTTO 128: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZpvGgGmdbblrqbMsi=saRcDF4QnECZRz7g I hope you'll find it interesting. Hi, I tried it and literally no gurgling 😆😆😆. That being said I have had gurgling all morning - so this possibly made my intestins calm down. I really liked it. My Otto is not vibrating as long as yours though although I am trying to wait as long as you it seems silly. So I did 2 rounds when you did one. [Got my Otto yesterday, did your head/face video last night. I have migrains so I did one session and no overdoing as some in your comments said it has caused headaches. Woke up very early and fresh! But with headache now 2 hours later could be totally unrelated. Going to eat. I usually wait a few hours so thats not the cause). Oh as I am writing my stomach started gurgling softly! Yay 😄 I feel great.

@BELightTT 26 күн бұрын
Hi @imba.hjatalin Thank you so much for taking the time to watch and try out this session. I really appreciate that. Firstly, when making these videos, I'm also talking quite a bit, so sometimes I might be waiting to strike the fork again until I complete my sentence. It's totally possible that I didn't always re-strike right when the vibration died out. In any case, definitely move according to the speed of your fork! No need to wait for me when following along. Regarding the headaches, as you know, there are a number of factors that can be contributing. If every time you use the fork near your head/face you get a headache, then it is time to try a different approach. But this first time could have been a fluke, could be related to other factors, or could be because maybe you did a little too much for your current tolerance. I would definitely explore a little bit more, maybe spending even less time on your head. The goal is to have more positive benefit than negative side effect, obviously.😉 I again really appreciate you supporting the channel and my work, and also for bringing an open mind and an adventurous spirit to your practice. Please keep me posted with your personal experience as you continue to explore! Have a great day.

@Bella-sj6dq I get asked about implants a lot. I would strongly encourage you to speak to your dental professional about this. I assume that implants are designed to last and hold up to life's environmental factors. Having said that, I do not know if continual use of a vibration tool will cause any loosening of the implant. The tuning fork is quite gentle, and I think you should be fine working on your sinuses, but I would feel most comfortable if you asked whomever put those implants in for you. I hope this helps. never use mouthwash that kills all bacteria indiscriminately this is one of the leading reasons for low NO levels as many people use mouthwashes. Good bacteria in the mouth are what is primarily what produces most NO for the body. There is really no reason to use toothpastes either so if you do use that make sure there are no harsh chemicals in it. 99% of them use harsh chemicals btw.

You should consider selling the Rezzimax device. This can be used with symmetry of vibration on next head etc which has a better effect on autonomic and balancing both sides of the body. @MariaJandl-n9f that's such wonderful feedback. I'm happy to see that you jumped straight into this work and are already feeling benefits. Yes, so the tuning fork itself offers wonderful results, and remember also that the sheer nature of using the tuning fork in a localized area of the body for an extended period of time, also drives so much more neural awareness of that area within the brain itself. That heightened awareness will then definitely make a dramatic difference in how you experience your own foot and also in your gait. Very cool!🙌Also, thank you sooooo much for purchasing my PDF! I am totally new to tuning forks. I am looking to relieve carpal tunnel. Is 136 better for this than the 128 as a beginner
@BELightTT
@BELightTT Ай бұрын
Hi @alicialewis9001 I tend to be quite non-dogmatic about tuning forks, so honestly, from my perspective, either could potentially be effective. Every individual is different. Some people respond instantaneously to the forks with almost miraculous results. Others never seem to really experience any substantial benefits. I would say if you already have the 136 and don't want to purchase a 128 just for working on your carpal tunnel issue, then use what you got! See if it works for you before purchasing extra tools. Or if you already possess both, try them both out and see what the result is. You might find one is more effective than the other, or you might find that they both give a good effect, or even that neither one works particularly well. Self-experimentation is, fortunately/unfortunately, the best way. I know this answers is quite vague and not what you were hoping for, but my desire is that you feel inspired to just go for it and try it out without overthinking. I promise you won't do any harm, so you can put your mind at rest there. Thanks so much for supporting the channel. Have a great night!

What makes the Otto 128 tuning fork different from other tuning forks?
@BELightTT
@BELightTT Ай бұрын
Hi @fishman421 Great question! As you probably know, there are countless tuning forks on the market in a variety of frequencies. While a lot of sound healers probably assign very particular results to each individual frequency, I tend to be a bit less dogmatic about it. I think there is probably a significant amount of overlap amongst the various frequencies and that several different frequencies can probably all offer similar positive benefits. I happen to use the OTTO 128 because it was a frequency I was introduced to early on in my exploration, and I just love it! I find that I gravitate toward it over all my other forks, and it is the one I mostly use with my clients. But I by no means think it is the only valuable frequency out there. If you would like to get an idea of the general benefits, you might like to check out this video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZpvGgGmdbblrqbMsi=cpDdA4h0wFT-U3fm I hope this helps. dear Tara Bianca, I am from Austria and so happy to have found your channel. I am waiting for my 128 hz tuning fork to come, next week and in the meanwhile I am watching all your videos. My question is: what is your opinion about working along the spine, on each vertebra from top to the bottom? And secondly: can I work on my body every day with the tuning fork or is that likely too much? I sometimes do too much and then my body cannot follow. And 3rd: can you recommend this 128hz tuning fork on scars? Is that good, I think so but wanted to know your opinion. Thank you so much for your answers. @MariaJandl-n9f Thank you so much for watching and commenting from beautiful Austria! I am so happy to have you here, visiting my channel. I'm so glad you are getting value from my videos. Thank you so much for your kind feedback. Now, let me do your best to answer your questions... 1. Yes! Amazing! If you have the time and someone to help facilitate (since you won't be able to reach all your vertebrae), it will be an outstanding session. Very harmonizing. I have done it to my clients in the past. 2. You've sort of answered your own question here. It sounds like you will have to feel it out according to your personal needs and how your body responds. It is totally safe to use the tuning forks every day...even multiple times per day...but will YOUR body like that? Only you can discover that. I would start out a little conservatively, see how you respond, and then add as your body tolerates it. If you have any negative response, just rest for 24-48 hours, and then try again. I have only ever seen very mild "negative effects" with tuning forks (e.g. headache) which always resolve quickly. I wouldn't be afraid of doing too much, but be sure to pay attention to your body. 3. Oh yes, for scars, I think the tuning forks are a beautiful modality. Very safe, and I believe very healing to the tissue. As a fascial expert - even though I have no proof of this - I also have to believe that the gentle vibration of the tuning fork positively impact the watery matrix of your connective tissue to liberate the scar tissue and make it more functional. Once your fork arrives, please do keep in touch! I'd love to hear about your personal experience as you continue to explore. Thank you so much for your interest in my work, have a great day and I look forward to hearing more from you soon.

How can you point your fingers so straight and hand in that position I have to use my thumb downward with my palm facing out to touch my whatever those muscles are called.

@BELightTT Ай бұрын
@leostallworth392 I've been doing manual therapy for almost 20 years, so I have some intrinsic strength built into my hands. It's part of the job criteria. I understand not everyone will be able to use their fingers in that way, so you are spot on for trying to find a position that works best for you. As long as you can engage the tissue, have a sense of where you are in your anatomy, and create some release, all good! Thanks so much for watching and commenting. I appreciate you.

Hi great video I followed along and felt deeply relaxed I have also noticed you did not state any benefits other than for folk with autoimmune or inflammatory conditions to observe any differences or the nervous system to take note of. I too would like to know about people's experiences of this face and the skull 128 TF application especially with cancer stroke chronic fatigue syndromes neuro issues epilepsy or psychiatric mental health issues if anyone has used the 128 with these conditions also has anyone utilised the TF if folk are being pharmacologically treated? Love Fi from UK PS hoping it will help me relax my jaw and especially face muscles for singing practice 😊

Hi @fionatudor-tompkins6526 Thank you so much for taking the time to watch and comment. I'm so glad you got some benefit from the video and feel inspired to continue practicing. Honestly, Fi, we don't have a ton of direct research on this, so anecdotal feedback really does mean a lot in this conversation. I can share another video with you about some of the random benefits experienced within the community. You might find it interesting: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZpvGgGmdbblrqbMsi=derJPzN-m21arjrL In terms of your jaw, I truly believe this will help a lot! Also, if you're a singer, you might enjoy some of my self-massage videos for the jaw, ears and anterior throat. You might find those very useful for changing the quality of your voice. Hello, thank you for your clear video on using a fork on your face. Do you also have a video using it for your ears? I have very strong tinnitus and heard that this could help with that. Any tips are welcome 🙏🏼

@PatrickvanDijk Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. I appreciate you. I do not have a tuning fork video for the ears specifically, but I can offer a few other options. Maybe they will help. I will include them here, if interested. 1. Some members of my audience have told me that using the tuning fork all along the jawline helps to significantly reduce their tinnitus. You might try that. 2. I have several self-massage videos for the ears, jaw and anterior neck, all of which I greatly believe can have an impact in reducing your symptoms. I am including links here, if you should want to try them out. *Ear Massage Part 1 - kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z5rIe2CnfqZsrtksi=MpmJ7TQy6SqEkLEL *Ear Massage Part 2 - kzbin.info/www/bejne/iYGbm2drrLCfbNUsi=2WTTk9_Jkd5p_N3g *TMJ & Jaw Pain Relief - kzbin.info/www/bejne/p6TYXmaCr7ynpdksi=JkCfK1Dys1HbFLPY *Self-Massage for Anterior Neck - kzbin.info/www/bejne/r3KcpoV4p52KjKMsi=cAz_OQltonBRNogG I have only recently played with blocking my ears with silicone ear plugs and gently touching the tuning fork to the ear plugs. I do not feel totally confident in that technique yet and do not plan to share it on KZbin, but I know people who practice it. I do not have tinnitus, so I cannot speak to symptom reduction. I hope something here will help you. Thank you so much again for supporting the channel. Have a great night!

Can you also activate on any hard surface, like a table, or that's not recommended?
@BELightTT
@BELightTT Ай бұрын
@mls5555 Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it, unless that table is cushioned. You can damage your fork AND you can damage your table! LOL😂A carpeted or cushioned hard surface should be find, or something rubbery. I hope this helps! Thanks for the question.

You are such a blessing for us all! I just found you and subscribed - I will study all your videos on this. Would you please educate me (and a lot of us) by answering a few questions? Before I found you, I had just bought a set of weighted tuning forks: 68.05Hz, 126.22 Hz, 136.1 Hz, 141.27 Hz, 172.06 Hz, 194.18 Hz, 210.42 Hz, 221.23 Hz, and 272.2 Hz. But I don't yet have your 128Hz one. 1) Can I use any or all of those above, and which would you use if you had to pick? Can I use them in the area of the chakra that is closest to the area you are showing in your videos? Any harm in using them in the "wrong" area? 2) Do you have any particular advise for working on opening the 3rd eye (with the tuning fork modality)? Or for spiritual/psychic development? 3) When you do this alone, what is your mind focusing on? 4) How is your breathing when doing this? Many thanks in advance! Peace.

@Halcyon111 Thank you so much for your very kind comment. I really appreciate you. Thank you so much also for supporting my work and the channel.💖 1. I personally do not believe you can use them in a "wrong" way. I believe different people will resonate with different frequencies and that you can really interchange a lot of these tuning forks. Please keep in mind, not all sound healers will agree with me, but I tend to not be very dogmatic with this work. A lot of my students who do not have a 128Hz will often use their 136.1Hz in its place. And they all receive beautiful results. 2. 3rd eye is not my specialty. But I see a lot of videos on KZbin on this topic. I'm sure you can find something good. 3. Me personally? I am principally a breath coach, so I like to focus on my breathing. But I could also imagine any amount of visualization would be useful here. Imagining the sound waves penetrating the layers of the body in order to create the healing you most desire. 4. Ha! You beat me to it! LOL. My breathing is often slow and deliberate, in and out through the nose, conscious, quiet. I do feel that when your body feels compelled to take a "deep breath", that is a good sign that you hit a "good spot" for your nervous system. I really LOVE working directly over the sternum. You will feel the shift in your breathing immediately. I have a video devoted to that, if interested: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jaKsoaR5pMapbJYsi=Xu0ka0E07u81UL8V I hope this helps! Thank you again for watching and for your wonderful, engaging questions. Have a great day!
