I can tel you all right now I had no idea till recently how to define what I’ve been dealing with my whole life is neuroticism from abuse and traumas and have been getting better doing all the things he says without even realizing any of it all this time and it really does help to get a strong routine or program going

Every now and then I encounter someone truly intelligent. Philosophicaly deep and insightfull. It's very rare but I cherish interacting with those people. Topics galore, every conversation is meaningfull and has layers even when talking about trivial things. Never envious, always gratefull.

Sadly we live in an era where those people assume everyone should be a "hard worker" until burnout finally hits them. Sometimes that's before their body gives out, sometimes after, but no one can sustain 4hrs sleep unless their body is actually wired for it. I myself typically run on about 5-6 hours and I wake up before my alarm. If I tried dropping to 4 hours, and I have tried, my mental function drops and my productivity is worse. There is no point to sleeping 4 hours unless you are genuinely wired for it,

I think it's more important to think, why would you need hackers, I mean programmers and engineers that are that good to run Twitter? Especially with the new privacy policies and such. People think Musk won't do what Zuckerberg attempted to because he's already doing it openly without many even noticing. Same process, different buyers.

Programming is not like physical labour where the number of hours counts as much. If you're running on 4 hours of sleep you are not going to be able to function at a high cognitive level. The quality of your time is wayyy more important in programming. That's why programmers with the best wlb are actually the most productive not the ones who code all damn day

Bro no one is doing this. I love a good day of hard work as much as the next guy but no ones mission is to bleed for toxic ass social media site. If i was busting my ass to get humans to mars or improve electric cars to save the planet maybe, but twitter nah fam. The cult of elon is strong but even they know.

This isn’t true. Many who are facing cruelty pray to god for help and he doesn’t give it. Imagine all the praying people of the Holocaust who never got answers prayers.

What a rubbish ! I'm 27 years old and a software engineer. I have always been someone who only focuses on her studies and is a hard worker. At the beginning of my career, i used to spend so much time working hard again and again, no stop, but then i realised it just didn't matter how much i worked for the company health or not, i'm just a employee as others and it didn't matter to sacrifice my health , time and body , life goes so fast! I just go work, do my job and go home. And the best part of, i've flexible hours i can start at 10 am and finish at 5 pm, as long as i respect the deadline it's all that matter. And i don't care about what others are saying or can think about. i have always been someone who doesn't care about people judgement on my behaviour. Stop saying people to sacrify their health and precious time only for working ! Take care of your body, but most of all, take care of yourself and your mental. Spend time with family friends, go shopping, go to the restaurant, travel world, and take life easy ! You're young , your capacity to handle a situation shouldn't depend on the time you sacrify at working ! Just be responsible : do your job, take your money and go home !
