Finish watching the video. The first part is creating the model for the mold. Then she creates the silicon mold using the modified candle in the second part. She can then replicate the candle/design repeatedly. The video is as advertised. You can do this exact process with anything else as well if you want particular shapes; she just used a modified candle because that is the shape she wanted. You could use a statue or a ball or a 3D printed object--whatever you want. The point is to create negative space inside the mold for the wax to fill.
