3 years ago, I listened to this music while lying next to you as you watched your own video. I remembered how chill the night was and as I listened to this music, you stopped your video and hugged me from behind asking me “what’s wrong?” Perhaps the song sounded so sad to you that you needed to check up on me. I told you “it’s nothing.” You just smiled and continued to hug me until the song ended. I love you then and I love you now but my love now is different as compared to then. It was 3 years ago and I missed those moments we had together, especially we’re no longer together now. I wish you the best in this life and next, E.

Certain circumstances recently, made me realize that the feelings that I had for my ex-girlfriend (my first love), which I thought were dead long ago, were actually dormant within me this whole time. Its been 18 years since we broke up. But some things just refuse to die with time. Its a beautiful agony. :)
