this song resonates a lot. a girl i know sent me the song jupiter by flower face. not my style of music but i appreciated the song overall. after lots of struggling with our relationship, she cut contact in late november. within the past couple days, i got recommended a flower face song. the name looked familiar, then after checking the channel, i saw the song jupiter. and maybe it sounds silly to some people, like its just the random youtube algorithm, but it just made me feel like her energy is still around. she broke me down and in that process indirectly taught me what love really is. she hurt me and i hurt her but it was necessary. it forced me to grow up. most of all, she indirectly taught me to love myself. this will make no sense to anybody but me, but thats ok. this song reminded me of her and of us. i still sense her energy around me. i know she's coming back soon. i dont know what the future holds for us but i know we're not done yet. i cannot help but wonder if she'd ever stumble upon this comment. i guess time will tell. this still isnt my normal style of music but something about flower face now, just really sings to me. theyre definitely beautiful songs. (this comment makes it sound like we were dating or something. we weren't haha.)

this reminds me of the moment I shared with my best friend. my mom took us out for our first drinks when we were 16. we decided to let him sleepover so his parents won't get mad for dropping off a tipsy teen at 8pm. on the way home he was drunk and reached for my hand and held it the whole day as he sat in the passenger seat and me in the back with my sister. he ended up pouring out all his problems with his dad to me and my mom . I squeezed his hand and he subconsciously rubbed his thumb on my hand. he was in a relationship with a friend of mine but I was too out of it to pay attention to the world outside.

It was beautiful you know? Knowing what it was like to fall in love, to be in love & be loved back equally, we had the best of 2 & half years together, good memories that we'll always cherish, we both didn't want it to happen, it hurt both of us alot, but I wasn't doing anything with my life, wasn't working for a future, my lack of motivation for our future was what tore us apart, she didn't want it but she lost those feelings & had to make a choice, she let out tears during it & I felt my heart being ripped out, the pain had been with me for a full month now. The only good thing is that through this pain I changed myself, 3 day's after the breakup I have been exercising, eating healthy and looking for a job, I'm improving my life & she has noticed & said she's proud of me, but I have to keep working on my life and learning from my mistakes before I can be ready for another relationship, Although I'd want her back in a twisted way this was a necessary hurt that I needed to turn my life around & set me straight, this pain has been a constant reminder to be better. She has moved on with her life & so have I, I'll always cherish what we had, she was the first & possibly the last love of my life but I won't give up on love, it might not be with her anymore but hopefully there's someone out there.
