It would be interesting to have seen a young Stu Hart squaring off with another hooker in an actual match. That whole, “Hey, uh, lie down there uh and uh lemme have your arm uh now don’t resist uh till I have your arm uh bent in 3 different directions, okay?” If you’re just going to hand over a body part with naivety and no resistance, I could make you scream.

Marcus, you agree with everything Jake says. So bad so that you’ll go back on what you had just said if Jake Has a different opinion. It’s with everything dude. What makes good duo’s is having them have different opinions and each person sticking to what they believe and explain why. *also, and I’m not intentionally trying to be a dick but stop trying to come across like you was and is one of “the boys”, as if you were in the locker room and driving in those cars traveling city to city back in them days and trying to make it seem like you know even know a tenth of what it is and what it was like to be in the WWF

Bret has a legacy Jake doesn't have- Bret is a legend and has laid the groundwork for wrestlers today - Jake is known as a drunk who never reached the top - Bret made milliions and Jake didn't. Bret is more celebrated now and no one really talk about Jake. He's just jealous of Bret and Shawn.
@miesvaillanykyisyytta32524 күн бұрын
Jake made memorable moments. Bret largely did not. Shawn was also great.

@@Bretisstillaboss Here's a run-down on Bret: -a physique so medicore he did not dare to take off his top -no memorable unique moves -no special athletic ability -boring wooden promos which consisted of him acting like pro-wrestling is "real" and talking highly of himself -generic gimmick which is the same as his promos He worked hard, was consistent and everything but the most memorable thing about his career is the Montreal Screwjob where the vastly superior wrestler Shawn Michaels beat him on his home turf.

Isn't the ddt Jake's legacy? Dudes a legend amongst regular folk "Jake the snake" was a household name.
@Bretisstillaboss7 сағат бұрын
@@TheNewWhiteDope if you wanna know how relevant someone is look at who everyone steals from - Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels. Jake was part of the golden era and could have kept going - then he pisses on Bret and Shawn every chance he can - cause he was never at that level and he could have been cause he was talented - but the truth is - he blew it - time after time.

I didn't know that Bret had accused Jake of faking an injury. I think that partly explains why Jake had previously talked negative about Bret in the past.
@jonbourgoin1825 күн бұрын
In Bret's book, Bret calls out Jake for faking an injury during the time they were living together and in Stampede Wrestling. Bret says he basically caught Jake red handed Edit: 1:39 lmao there it is, the injury Bret says he caught Jake faking. I guess Jake still hasn't come clean about it.
@CraigSmithII5 күн бұрын
Bret mentioned something about a fan calling out Jake in the bar by saying that he wasn't tough as a pro wrestler & that he'll bet a $100 that he could take Jake out. A newcomer by the name of Terry Sawyer told Jake: "Be over with before we get out the door" He would later say that curiosity got the best of him & sure enough Jake was begging the guy off & Terry walked up to the guy & headbutted him square in the nose, knocking him out & looked over at Jake & told him "It's called protectin' the business, Jake!!!"

I'm not sure if people realize just how much an addiction like Coke especially crack can ruin someone mentally and physically. I've known many people that have kicked their addiction to stims and it's taken up to a year for the brain to find a homeostastic state. IE: Produce naturally occuring dopamine / serotonin. Not making excuses, but it's tough to manage a job and that kind of habit.
