Pastor, We are not killers !! God is Holy Love ! Love! Holy means not similar to egocentric human love ! Apostle Paul didn't say to kill but to consider being dead for sin! Consider it not about self salvation from sin! Also, We were buried with Christ! We don't have to commit spiritual suicide to be free from sin but Consider! Consider it not self defense against sin but Awareness who you are in Christ and that we are already dead for sin. We just must remind ourselves! It is all about Jesus Our Savior but Never about Us ! Never! We don't kill! We don't fight! He did and we can't add anything but if we try we make things much worse because the Law makes us more filthier but never makes us free from sin!

This is solid gold. As one who fell into sin just 2 nights ago after avoiding that sin for nearly a year; I can confirm a few things. First I thought I was stronger than I was and when I sinned I was surprised that I had fallen into it. This was a pride issue and also one of overconfidence. Second I allowed the temptation to go on far longer than I should have. If I had gone right to Jesus and prayed for strength I know he would have given it. The truth is that I allowed the temptation to go on too long because even the temptation had started to become pleasurable in a way. To look at the fruit and consider it too long. Soon I had bitten into it and it was too late to avoid the fall. So please be warned and go to Jesus quickly. Take your thoughts captive and bring them to Jesus for help. Always better to obey God than to fall and need to repent. Yet also always better to repent and to do it quickly than to run from God. Hope this helps somebody. The only good that came out of this was being reminded well of God's grace and the humility it added to me.

It is not inevitable to sin. If a Christian sins, he can remain blameless by acknowledging sin and abandoning it.

Good Lord, this is what i wanted and waiting to hear. I've gone through a horrible ocd, anxiety and depression. But through that 3 year journey, my knees fell and i ultimately learned about the God of this universe. It was really difficult but great. God has me reformed and i thought that, after my battle with ocd, God would take it away. This p3dophillia that i deeply resent myself for. But no he didnt took it away. I was able to run away from it during my ocd battle but once i got healed, I feel just as cursed. Well i guess i cant run away from it and need to see it in different perspective

I’m being slandered by a woman at church who has a history of doing this in the church to other women, in front of the face of God while in His house. It’s made me now look for somewhere else to go to church because she’s very popular in our church. Unfortunately, my husband and other family go to this church but no one seems fazed by what she’s doing other than me. For the first time in quite a while, I’m not going to church this morning because I’m tired of it all. I’ve reported this to the church and I’m told to go speak to her. She’s poison and I have no intention in going anywhere near her. Please pray I’ll find a good God-fearing church or that this one will correct her behavior. It hurts my heart not to go with my family to church.
