Some parts are completely turned off in the in-game graphics settings. I forgot to add it to the files. Are you sure you installed the Xbox360 stuff mod?

If you look carefully, there will be a similar blur under the car on Xbox 360 due to speed. Of course, since we use fake DOF, it affects all the visuals in the game. That's why the speedometer and map are blurry. When you play the game it will really make you feel like Xbox360. Have a nice game.

If you want a brighter gaming experience, you can adjust or turn off the Monitor Gamma setting in the reshade.
