The wind effect activates when you hit 97 MPH. Straight from the Gamecube. It would be rad if it's added back.

NFSMWXenonEffects exists now. It activates those effects on the PC version.

firstly download it from reshade official site. second step select speed.exe in nfs folder and click vulkan. then select and install all effects. then put the downloaded files in the most wanted folder
