usually the pvc is a little shorter and that helps with the noodle standing up better without the water.

Thank you, Kenny. Have you done a review on the hand warmers that are fueled by charred wood? I'm curious to know the burn time difference. Thanks for the review 🤟🇨🇦

Nice holster. Can you make one in a slight drop lag style for a mares jeg fore arm in a 357 caliber version with a leg strap on the mid to upper thigh so that it does not flop around? Please let me know.

Dirt dobber nest causing the obstruction. Use Hydrogen Peroxide, that'll melt that stuff pretty quick.

I don't recommend the VM&P Naphtha. The VM&P is not a brand but a particular formulation. It does burn hotter, but has benzine in it and really smells bad. Camp stove fuel is plain naphtha and works great. And its cheap from Walmart.

I have been using pool noodles for catfish and probably 10 years from my experience. Well, let me start off by saying my pool noodles are not the best. They are not the ultimate pool noodles. They always start off with that it might be the best for you but not for me, I do everything the same way you did it with the exception of two changes. that eye hook you put in the end when you drilled a hole over a period of time that weight coming down there and hitting it you’re gonna knock the end out of you noodle, I put a threaded eye hookI filled the endcap up with silicone then glued on the end cap to the 2 foot piece of pipe that way the piece of metal will not be slamming against that eyeball and busted the end out. other thing that I did I put a 6 inch piece of rebar that was half inch diameter. I did not have any problem With the noodle standing straight up and one other thing I noticed you use the bigger style pool noodles most people that I know use the smaller size pool noodles once you get them on a three-quarter inch PVC pipe they’re not gonna slide off because they’re actually a pain in the butt slide on?. Sorry 3 things

True temper has been making garbage since the 80s 90s. Stamped steel garbage. That shovel Is good because it’s taper forged and made with good steel, not because it has a true temper label on it…

97° out means those sealed barrels have expanded before you nailed down the strap so once you put your raft in the water those drums will return to a normal diameter and your straps may not be tight anymore but as a builder seeing how there locked in they still won't come out.

Kerosene will work in any oil lamp. It will burn faster. It will have more smell. It will produce more soot. Simple as that. I have been running on road diesel in my outdoor oil lamps. About 2 years now. No issues. It soots more. It burns about the same speed as Kerosene. Kerosene is 11 bucks a gallon. Diesel is 3.25. It gets it done. You can add oils to the fuel the make a more pleasant smell. Inside your home or cabin parifin is a better option, Kerosene will work. Trimming your wick correctly will make a huge difference. More light. Less funes. Lower consumption

I built mine that way when you posted it before. I had 3/4 Schedule 40 on hand i bought some oak wooden dowel to fit inside cut to 1 inch guled to flush to end. Then glued cap on put 4 inch peice 1/2 inch reed bar 4 oz water used the pool noodles from lowes that fit tite. Ever thing is same as you.the reason for the wooden dowel is when reed bar slaps bottom it doesn't loosen the eye bolt.i drilled a small starter hole for eye bolt and put Gorilla glue on threads. Mine have 12 to 18 ft of 60 lb andy leader line a 1/0 barrel 3/4 egg sinker tied above it with 16 to 24 in of andy leader and L198 eagle claw 5/0 circle hook. Sorry for long Description tku tite lines

Nicely done! This is the kind of stuff that we used to do in Boy Scouts, back in the 60s, when I was a teenager. The Scout Masters were all WWII vets and knew how to do just about everything with resources available. Your instincts are good, comprehension is good, adapt, improvise and overcome!
