That is Ghanaian shito. There is no Nigerians way. Shito will always be fior Ghana. These Nigeruans will always come on Social media to copy Ghanaian receipe. They are copying the Ghanaian Shito. I tried this method today.... Couldn't separate it... The 4 I join together became one... and another 4 again... Almost cried...Flour wasted. Tried the whole 3 methods before I repeated one of the methods was able to get what I want... Really wasted flour today. Please what was the problem? Did I smooth it too much or what. Cos the oil in between was just same quantity as yours...

Nice mum can u please help me with meat pie filling recipe good enough for commercial purpose. 🙏🙏 I use beef pate , first stir fry carrot in a little oil, add onion, spring onion and add the beef lastly but it doesn't taste good in my mouth, real corned beef is expensive, minced beef here is expensive.
