The original Emperor Mech is more unique in gameplay than the 3D version. 3D: You just grab the power pellet and eat the ghosts; big deal, that's how you always beat ghosts. Sprite: You grab the pellets, dodge the clones, get the special pellets for each color of clone and Boom, there goes that color, then you collect more pellets and eventually WAAAH! THE MACHINE'S OUT OF CONTROL! And then you whack the mech with the final special pellet; It may just be pellets, but it's pellets made interesting.

I actually can't believe the game says "cum monster" in the bottom right corner of the screen in pac man 2

Everyone talking about how iconic these bosses are but can we talk about multicolored ghost for how challenging that boss looks. Unlike most bosses here this one actually test your skills on what you learned throughout the whole game, and I love the design too. It's ending is quite victorious too with all the Pac-Mans gobbling up the thing, a very satisfying boss, I will say they probably nailed it here and I might check the game out myself

I always remember the Gobblin part being either really easy or really hard depending on how my controller wanted to behave lol.

The first boss is a lesson to make G look more distinct from C or you could completely change the implications

kinda wish they would give the ghost witch of netor annother go... yeah shes got a bit of weirdness with the gum monster, but pac in time i think shows just how lethal she can actually be with her scheming and power... i mean space time manipulation is no small feat and we never really see her perish in pac in time either. likely she would make for one hell of a puzzle boss if confronted directly.
