I disagree. The whole gimmick of the Stellaron hunters is their originality to them all. Kafka with spirit whisper, SW with litteral reality hacking (and just hacking in general), Blade is an immortal and legendary swordsman/craftsmith of the Xianzhou, and SAM is a genetic weapon of Glamoth made to fight the swarm. All 4 are extremely dangerous alone, which is why they are able to mostly do solo missions.

The Stellaron Hunters don't make sense to synergize with each other, since they're effectively a group of lone wolves who happen to working towards the same ends. The IPC team does actually synergize with itself (mostly), which makes sense for their lore as a collaborative organization. I'm confident that in the future other factions with synergistic characterization will forms teams that work similarly.
