To clarify, the dry pani puri he gave you at the end is called "sukha puri" (literally meaning dry puri) and its meant to soothe the spicy kick in your mouth after finishing the pani puri.

Great video. That panipuri looked delicious. I am sure it tasted great. The panipuri seller was honest and intelligent, and had a certain brightness about him. Impressive how well he understood English considering it's likely not something he went to school to learn. Need to find some panipuris now! One other thing, don't think the watch repair people scammed you. They probably had to pay more for the glass from the place where they bought it to fix it. Great price overall.
