Your story of choice is very pertinent to me. I had a different story. I had always been connected and my awareness was soul level, but I didn't resonate with my human self and life and body. It felt like my light was covered and stifled until I was highly suicidal and decided that my life needed to change or I would die. I have been viewing it as an integration within the body and the lifetime. I always spoke of dissociation when I was highly depressed and basically living somewhere up above my human life

When you got emotional at end I was emotional too. I had my hands on my womb. Felt and feelin pregnant and giving birth energy. I have been on my twin flame journey too and recently I have been feeling my higher self calling me....just like you..I also remember being in touch with my higher self and then I dissolved into the 3D matrix as a self protective mechanism. Yes, I feel it too. I feel a pull and a call from my higher self but I feel I can't achieve her in day and that's okay...but alongside I don't know...I feel I am running out of time somehow...or I feel I need to speed up my awakening. I know time is an illusion but still I feel this way. I feel I am not doing enough and I know that's a block itself but I can't help but feel this way....all the time..I feel I can't achieve her...I get her glimpses sometimes in my dream state..but I feel far away from her...I also feel a lot of positive energies around me...who are really there to lift me up....but still...

One physical symptom is my Crown chakra gets easily over activated, my head feels on fire, and I struggle to ground and stay on earth. I can’t process too much intellectual thought. I think it’s part of moving out of the mind and learning to operate and make decisions from the heart. As an arrogant, well educated, well read intellectual, it’s scary to feel so out of control. Any guidance that you are led to share on navigating the physical changes would be greatly appreciated. Of course, I value and respect your process for creating content.
