Great video ! Now I can show everyone the great hike we did a couple of months ago. You should try the boiling lake trail at Dominica and the trail inside the crater of the volcano at Statia as well. I’m sure you love it. About the piracy at Sint Lucia, it is such a shame. It was only place where we felt unsafe in the Caribbean. In the evening our dinghy got sabotaged so the the outboard stopped in the middle of the bay in the dark. Probably to come to “rescue” us in exchange for money. Luckily we localised the problem ourselves. Also the park rangers tried to charge us a 150 us per night for the buoy instead of the 25. It was just not a nice feeling. At the other places in Sint Lucia it was very different. They are killing their own business by doing this. If it wasn’t for the magnificent location I guess nobody would stop their anymore.

His boat may not be set up for ocean crossings at this point. Also to transit Panama Canal isn't cheap.

I've done a bit of open ocean sailing for a week. I don't really desire sailing in the open ocean. I prefer having more adventure here and there. But I will be sailing in the Pacific, going to trailer my boat. Check out my 2024 plan video. :)

I used to trail run in the back country after work about 4 days a week and also mountain bike. The natural high starts kicking in about 5 or so miles into the run on the uphill. You end up feeling like Superman after that point and can go forever. Then I moved to a cooler area where it's difficult to do because of more wild animals, snow and rain. I'd love to get back into it.

@@ezekielcarsella I actually like riding uphill the best and cross country. The downhills are fun but you get way more exercise going uphill. I know it's crazy that I like ridding uphill better but I guess I'm not a conformist and I guess I think outside of the box.

@@ezekielcarsella Yes, that is true and I also enjoy that as well. I used to go really fast down hill but now I take it supper easy because I've gone over my bars quite a few times and it doesn't feel good. Going down hill feels good but it's a risk/ reward scale type of thing and it doesn't always pan out.
