Pretty sure it's because he hits the other player when the leg is going down. When it's going up, the kicker is not at fault.

Raising your leg so high that you can kick someone in the face is not allowed. Deserved red card even if he didnt mean to kick a dude.

It's allowed if the kicker hits someone when the leg is going up. Otherwise bicycle kicks wouldn't be allowed, for instance. Edit: I worded that wrong. It's never allowed to hit someone. But when it comes to the height you're allowed to kick, the direction the foot is going matters.

about he one who lift his leg to high to other player head, look if you raise you leg t his high close to a player without touching him it is a foul and sometimes yellow it depend how it happened, so you rise you leg and land on another player it is a red not matter what, doesn't matter if accident or not

4:33 it was a pass back to the goals and he intercepted it which I'm not sure how that works with the rules, but it was supposed to to to the goalie and thats why the goalie was mad

4:44 the game stopped and they were resuming it. They stoped because of an injury, and the team that had the ball lost it when the game stopped. It is a matter of respect, for the team that won possession of the ball through that play to give it back when resuming the game. Most times they give it to the opposing goalkeeper or defense. In that situation, the attacker didnt feel like being respectful and scored a goal. The defending team were not expecting for him to do something like that, thats why they were not trying rto stop him, and why they got mad at him.

There's alot of rules that you need to know of in football like the leg forward or leg in sky it's a foul when ball is in the air use your head not your leg and when a player is on the ground ou injured tye other team can't stay playing cuz of that day need to kik the ball of the field until the player get up and the other team return the ball to the team who kik the ball of the field it's a sportsmanship but some players don't return the ball they score a goal that's what happen in 4:29

Guys the one where the guy kicked the other guy in the head may have not been on purpose but nobody should ever have their leg that high in the air every player knows this… when u kick a ball ur leg doesn’t go that high so in a way it was on purpose cuz the guy with his leg high knows what the consequences of having ur leg that high he knows that someone could get hurt that’s always a red card no question

That's white shirt guys supposed to give the ball to the opponent in the name of respect. Thats the unwritten rules of football, it's count as goal, but that's the act of evil in the football norm. And the man who watches mbappe play was not the coach, he is the owner of the PSG, he paid Mbappe salary.
