I've heard many people say sugar is bad for your body. But that's partly false especially for someone like me who have a crammed schedule. I usually wake up pretty early, I eat something a bit sugary like pancakes, etc because sugar gives you a bit of energy for a while (apparently there's a thing called sugar rush, and sugar crash when you eat too much sugar). What's true is it makes you fat.

Even with a busy schedule you can choose to start your day right with protein and fats. Too many sugary carbs with give you that crash and you’ll need more sugar to keep going…
