I got the same setup. K24a with a 5 spd and fidanza flywheel. 3rd gear is funny cause they will pull on me a little bit till i get back in vtec and gap em 😂

@@Ghostlitdc5 parts for a Honda/ acura aren't that expensive unless it's something big. Stock not that expensive I'd say. But a 16 year old acura coupe for 15 grand? 20 grand? No that's just ridiculous, u could grab the base rsx for 2-3 grand 10 years ago and a type S for maybe 4 to 5 grand . 20 grand is a brand new car money or at least much newer then a 05 or 06 type S that's my opinion

Paid 11k for my Type S, 70k miles, Have had people offer me up to 16k for it. Youre right Stock Parts aren’t all that expensive. But Performance Parts. @@Dc5_jay yeah prices are wild I want a I think it's 06-07 or 05-06 type S, the 1 where they change the front bumper a bit and rear bumper. Those look better, didn't know they had a A spec version I just want a stock type S. And it'll be almost stock too. Couple of bolts ons. Some wheels. Lower it alittle abit. Nothing crazy. A clean daily driver that can boogy as well. It's a rsx type S or a 07-08 TL type S. Those are beautiful cars. I'm also digging the 02-03 acura TL type S. It's auto but it's got a clean sleek look to it for an early 2000s car.

@@ThatColorado It depend on what parts. Finding clean seats or oem lip kits are high af. And transmissions 6 speed trans are only on the way up since a lot of them have been trashed. Have you seen the prices for a k20 r motor compared to what they used to cost. It’s wild

A tune will make a huge difference. 6 speed even more. If you go 6 speed go for an lsd trans. Torque steer sucks lol

Make sure to upgrade your fuel system( injectors, fuelpump.. and get it tuned. You should have a blast.

No reason. In this video it’s hurting the performance greatly because it’s causing the rpm to drop a lot between gears meaning less power and the start of the next gear. If they got a 6 speed it would help make the car way faster
