Very well explained tutorial and a need in the open source community. You could post these on the freecad forum as well. Will be of great help. Also, is it possible to add multiple columns like c1, c2, c3 and select the axis points where these need to come.

how to use columns of 2 or more types? what if a reinforced column is needed in the middle, and pylons are needed at the edges? they should also be tied to the axes.. how to combine different types of columns on 1 axis grid?

If working with v.0.21.0 and following the duplication of objects doesn't work. To avoid the problem use "Manage Project" in "Manage" menu to define a project .

Great Tutorial ! But what about the length of the axis lines ??
@EklavyaSelfLearningTutorials4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for noticing. You can simply access it from "Length" parameter in the "Data" tab of the selected "Axis" object properties.

I think the content was excellent. However (And because you asked for feed back) - Theres an inherant problem with all technical drawing KZbin presentations that doesnt allow for frame dropout.The picture is Jumpy, Presenters need to slow down, literally. I'd suggest to keep this in mind and use the tab key to jump thru menus,& enlarge the pointer. You also have alot of info - Processing continuously is tiring, as above visual interest is just as important as audio interest into your videos. Take a breath now and then, do your thing with some music in the background, then explain before or after ( perhaps more like a Soccer coach would coach kids.)
