I have above 120 x nikon D3200 for a photogrametry Rig, they are all controlled via a remote shutter (strato II multi) recently we moved the rig to another location, and now about 12 units no longer can be remote trigger , the cameras recognize the semi click (focous) but dont release, we tried every, but nothing works, probably something with the mc2 port? what should we be looking for?

did you try to work on them out of the rig? ensure there are on the same channel group as others, if not, try to setup the same channel as others. have a look at the manual here if needed: www.manualslib.com/manual/1349073/Phottix-Strato-Ii-Multi.html#manual

No, it's different. Try to get the original replacement, not the cheap Chinese version

Hey, you can warm up the glass from outside and pull it out with a suction cup, like the ones for phone screen repairing. For the replacement have a look on eBay, look for a good one, not cheap Chinese copy.

hey, sorry mate but the screen on your camera is is not the same as the 3200. have a look on Ebay, you should find it wit ease. don't go for the chiep ones.

Try with a hot glue gun: put a chunk of glue on the end of the battery and stick a wood screw in the glue, once cooled you should have enough grip to stick it out
