Thanks for asking, The material is prepared using Microsoft Power Point alternative Libre office --Impress (free). Screen Capture by CAM 8 (free), alternative OBS (Free). Video editing by Openshot (free) so all S/W are free. Hope this helps.

So you prepare lessons on PowerPoint, and use screen capture while in presentation mode to also add the voice over?

@@seeman_a Yes, the screen capture S/W (Cam8) capture also the voice (PC mic or external mic) so you have the video and audio in one place, however you can also capture the voice using your phone and then add the voice to the video in the editing software (Openshot). since you have the audio separately you can edit the voice by itself before adding it to the video in any audio S/W like Audicity. Hope this clear the matter. it looks lot but take it one step ta time. use CAM8 to capture the screen with your voice and go from there.

ما هو التسلسل لاصدار كل من هذه الملفات؟ يعني ايهم يأتي بالاول و يعتمد عليه الثاني و الثالث و هكذا

سوال مهم. كثير منها يمكن تبداء مع بعض لانها تعتمد على معلومات من مثلا P&ID مثل Datasheets ,C&E, ولكن Inst Index يمكن العمل فيه ولكنها تعتمد على database و لاتستطيع اصدار الملف الابعد اكتمال DATABASE بدقه مناسبة للاصدار. هناك فرق بين البدء في التصميم واصدار الملف.

what is the media in manhour for each document for I&C??

Each EP/EPC company has a set of rules to estimate the manhour. so for say Cause and Effect it may range from 8 hrs to 24 hours. Control narrative from 16 hours to three weeks, P&ID review 4 hours to 24 hours. You need to go through the project documents and scope and estimate the manhour. You do not want to overesitamte the hours and lose the job nor underestimate and lose money
