Thanks for the hint. I replaced the southbridge but no change to the issue. :)

​@@stetofix just so you know, uart is produced by the Southbridge. You got uart output, there was no need to change the Southbridge. Have you verified 5v out on the hdmi? , and also, there are some small coupling capacitors near the apu that pass signals to the hdmi encoder. If they are faulty, there will be no display.
