Not only did he escort the enemy out, he also flew close enough to the B17 so that ground weapons couldn't shoot, for fear of hitting him too. What a guy!!

The historical research behind Sabaton's songs is really impressive. To make a song from stories like this can't be easy, but they get it just right each time. No specific request, but more from these guys would be great. Thanks.

Stigler never got the knights cross However: Stigler got a life long friend Charlie brown and his crew got a second chance at life Sabaton got inspiration Sabaton fans got an awsone song History buffs got an awesome song Stigler's daughter got her fathers story and name immortalized If that's not a win-win, I dont know what is.

I have seen this video so many times but still I start tearing up. It's a prove that, no matter how inhuman the conditions are, there is space left for humanity. Another great song by Sabaton is "En Livstid I Krig (Live - The Great Tour - Gothenburg)". It shows some incredible crowd interaction. Make sure to have captions on, as it is in Swedish and the lyrics are important again. If you wanna see the powerful live side of Sabaton: "Ghost Division" or "40:1" both live from Woodstock (in Poland).

First have a Happy and Healthy Year 2022! Your reactions are worth havin' a good followers watc/ listen. Even when you feel a bit choked up. You can see that the "power metal" like Sabaton' or symphonic metal like Nightwish, Epica are not growling or screaming to mic. There are many Sub Genres in metal worth checking out IMHO. All of them aren't in my taste either, but you can find gold pieces fitting for your ears. 🤘🇫🇮 Nightwish army Finland 🐻❄ 𝓜𝓾𝓼𝓽𝓪 𝓛𝓪𝓪𝓽t𝓪

No bullets fly, is based on a true incident in WW2, an artist has painted a painting on this and I believe the pilots actually met a long time after the war when both were old men. Another good song from the same album is Night Witches, which is about an all female Soviet airforce squadron, that flew night missions over the German lines on the eastern front.
