His grandfather, the late Pandit Jagannath Rath, was the Jyotish Ratna of Orissa and authored many books on Jyotish.

@Sanjay Rath : Because 2nd Lord Mars is aspected by Rahu, Ketu and Jupiter in Rashi Chart, therefore this shows that this person will never hold his belief permanently, hence Mr Rath will always have the tendency to make two contradictory statements. This also shows that the person will have lots of doubts because the planet of belief which is Jupiter is in the lagan itself aspected by Rahu and Ketu and important point is that it will manifest in real time, if this would have happened in the navamsha it would show that this is known only to that person itself. Another thing, because 2nd lord is Mars who is in the Mercury house this shows the person will speak with a lot of force but actually less conviction just to bring humour

Debilitated just means planet won't cooperate as expected, e.g. 9H deb Jupiter means your teachers won't really go all the way for you, or ignore you, or you just won't find and hold good teachers. SOLUTION: become a self-taught guy, use the internet, libraries, books to enhance your own understanding, observe and take notes for yourself. This way you can still expand your knowledge, despite Gurus not paying along with you.
