Is the board stenciled with solder paste before hand, and if so, why brush flux across the paste? Also, it looks like the component is rotating at 1:50 so that it wouldn't sit flat on the board. What's up with that?

While they are calibrating the machine, I already mount at least 3 of the 0201 with the hot air gun and a tweezer. Why am I going to take more time and pay for the machine?

And still has burnt flux at the end. Excessive flux for something that should be controlled ?

Why did the heating step take an eternity to solder the component to the board?

Can't believe there's a market for this thing. Who would use this??? The amount of time needed!! And I'm sure it costs couple of thousands... What am I missing?
